A special thank you to Austin. I knew chick-fil-A offered delivery service, but for some reason when I got on my phone it kept coming up DoorDash. Austin, help me step-by-step on how to order on the chick fil app. With me delivering to my daughter's teachers, A lot of teachers can't eat certain things Austin helped customize her order and also helped write a note for my daughter's teacher. (We just wanted to thank her for a amazing basketball season)Thirty minutes later I got everything ordered. Thank you for your patience Austin, we need more people like you ❤️

Be aware that when you order delivery through the app they up their prices. The difference between me picking my order up and them delivering it was $33! No where in the app does it explain the huge price gap. It seems the employees are unaware of this change and the owner did reach out to me and offered a solution to my issue .

Terrible customer service!! Not knowing that the two lanes are now separated by drive thru orders and mobile orders, I drove through the mobile order lane. Yes, my fault I isn’t see the sign. However I asked if my order could be taken and the staff told me to go around and get back in line. Now the line is 6 cars longer than it was before. I have a short lunch break so I couldn’t do that. Every single employee was dismissive and had the attitude that they really didn’t give a care. “Too bad” was the message I got. I won’t be back. Could have been handled better in my opinion.

I never felt so disrespected until today visit. I went thru drive thru not paying attention to the sign they have up. The drive thru was mobile online order and the other one said drive thru order. I told them I wasn’t aware of the signs at the time an I was told they couldn’t take my order was to wait in the line than drive complete back around to order cause that line was only for mobile apps order, but at the same time there was a car in front of me that was a mobile app. That was in the drive thru order line. Please explain what’s the difference why they didn’t tell her that. So now I feel like it was discrimination. Yes I am Black and she was white. I use to love Chick-fil-A until today. Just unbelievable after spoke to the manger all he could say was yeah it sound like a double standard but yet didn’t try to accommodate the issue, sorry you have get back in line. The line was very long and I already had to stay in line to go pass to get out. I will never spend another dime with y’all!!!!!!
