Holy Moly!!!!!! This place was incredible! The service was amazing, the waitress was very friendly, and sweet. I have had their breakfast burritos from Door Dash but wanted to try a fresh burrito, and I'm so glad I did. My husband is extremely picky and hard to please, he's also super sensitive to spice. He loved his meal so much! The ingredients tasted so fresh, and you can tell the food is made with love! Parking was super easy also!

Two out-of-towners driving through Colorado Springs, we picked this downtown joint from reviews. Slow service, colorful and interesting decor and a tale of two plates. I ordered and ate every last bit of their namesake, Chile Colorado. Spicy, rich, flavorful. My brother-in-law found his green chile burrito run of the mill. The Chile Colorado is worth going there again.

The only good thing about the breakfast were the eggs, unfortunately. Very overpriced, not really flavorful. Lack of spices.

The food was disgusting tasted like it was at least a couple of days old the chili was gross and it seems like they served us food from a couple days ago just heated it up pay $35 for food that was disgusting and they didn't even care

Came here for the first time and it was mostly ok but not great. I liked the queso but the tacos were bland and barely had any cheese. Every bite of rice I took, I would have to spit some hard bits out. The beans had no flavor. Service took a while because our server thought someone else had taken our order. We tried to flag her down a few times but she went to bus tables instead.

If you order the food without sauce, it’s pretty bland, but the quality is good. The staff is good very nice and friendly

Pretty nice decor... people were nice... but their whole menu is pretty much pork. I mean the food was decent I wouldn't go out of my way to go there. They gave my kid moldy bread and it took almost 10 minutes to replace it... we were the only ones there so not sure why all the food took almost 45 minutes... its worth a try some people in our group thought it was great.

One of the best meals I've ever had. Without question it was a 10/10 for me in all ways. Each component of every plate was memorable and flavorful in a way that I rarely experience outside of home cooked meals. I do NOT have a single criticism I could make.

You can tell that they value quality and put honest effort and care into the food. Every item we got felt special - the chile Colorado was delicious, the beans were notably good and smoky, carne asada was tender and flavorful, the rice was perfectly cooked and did NOT feel generic like other restaurants I have been to. I had the Chile Margarita with mescal and jalapenos with tajin on the rim - truly delicious and worth trying. The Oreo fried ice cream was really good too - definitely a large portion that could satisfy 2-4 people in my opinion. I spent the same money that I typically spend at a less impressive place. Shout out to whoever played the 80s music like Evelyn King and the Pointer Sisters, bonus points for that!

The interior looks like it was thoughtfully planned and felt unique, colorful, and tasteful. The music was at a good volume where you can hear the music but can still talk to your table mates. The booths had cool tapestry style back rests. Even the painting of the ducts and walls was carefully done. The exterior and branding looks great too - well done on all fronts guys!

It was a nice restaurant, the red chili enchiladas were not good at all the chili powder in the sauce was so over powering all I could taste was red chili powder and pepper. The tortillas weren’t cooked I had to cut them with a knife. Probably won’t go back!

This place is absolutely terrible. Pretty sure the beans come out of a can and are just thrown on a plate without being seasoned, which is ironic because the green chile, burritos, and guacamole are overrun with pepper. Maybe that’s why they give you the beans… a nice palate cleanser. Soggy and warm lettuce on top of a fried burrito? Yuck. Would not recommend and won’t return. Incredibly disappointed.
