Not normally in Colorado Springs, but wanted to wait out rush hour traffic and have a bite to eat before heading back to Denver. Randomly ended up here and was quite pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious and you could tell all homemade from scratch. Service was great, everyone very friendly. Will definitely go again if/when back in the area.
I had the smothered burrito, and it was delicious. The rice and the beans were also very flavorful. I’m a big man, and this dish had me stuffed. If you love Mexican food as much as I do you should definitely add this place to your list
We came to Chile Colorado after tasting their green chili at Mountain Chalet’s chile contest. We cannot recommend this place more! Fantastic homemade food and d great service!! We will be back.
