It's exactly what you want from an all american chain restaurant experience. The mac and cheese is great. So are the mozzarella "sticks". Service at this location was exceptional.

Lazy bartender made up that I needed to purchase food to get margaritas turned me away serving me and sent me to ,to go because she dident want to make drinks. She was extremely rude the other servers were extremely nice and apologized for her behavior especially the male at to go was apologetic .Have worked for the company before that is definitely not a policy or ok.

I had takeout from here the other day. I had the crispy chicken sandwich, broccoli, and baked potato soup. It was a meal deal that I thought was worth the price. The crispy chicken patty was very light and crispy, very tasty. The only drawback was the high sodium in the sandwich and soup.

Placed an order for pick up. Waiting in my truck to NOT get a text letting me know it was ready. Scheduled time passed so I went in and waited another 14 minutes to watch Paul berate anyone who asked about their order, lacking the sense to even acknowledge people. Finally I asked and him if my order was soon or what, he couldn’t/wouldn’t check, so I asked him to cancel my order. He scolded that I won’t get my money back for 10 days. Got the managers name and left. Called to speak with manager, got “Paul” who had no customer service ability and said I can’t speak with the manager and that I was “WASTING HIS TIME”. The irony. Paul will be in a low end job for the rest of his life. Congrats on hiring that one, Chilies.

Very busy. We had a group of 8 and were seated in about 45 minutes. We had a large enough table to comfortably visit. It was a little slow getting waited on that night, perhaps with the volume of customers. The food was delicious. Liked the selection of different menu items. I found the cost very reasonable. That was very helpful, especially around the holidays.

The server was the worst server I have EVER had. Everything she did for us felt like it was inconveniencing her. I found her multiple times chatting to other tables of people who I assume were her friends since she didn’t seem to be the one serving them. One of the tables she was physically sat down at. All of this while she ignored my question about the drinks, our food took a long time to get to us, it was cold, she wasn’t even the one to give it to us, she didn’t give us enough boxes, and when it came time to pay she disappeared, when we finally found her and asked if we could pay, she sassed us and claimed my friend told her we were paying via card when we went into this knowing we were paying with cash, not to mention, my friend literally did not tell her she was paying with cash. Like it seriously felt like she didn’t gaf about us at all. If you don’t wanna do ur job and would rather hang out with ur friends then don’t apply. 😐 Lame

They were very accommodating of our group. Waitress was flumaxed but that was her problem. Other staff stepped in to help out. Just a great place.
