I came in to pick up my ToGo order and no one was there at the counter. I waited patiently and finally a woman in her early 50’s with black glasses and reddish hair came out and barked , “What do you need?” I said I was picking up and said my name. She didn’t speak but rudely pointed and I had to walk over and get my order. She then just walked away. There were no utensils nor napkins in the bag. Since we were eating in our vehicle and we needed napkins and utensils so I looked and finally found napkins/plastic utensils behind the counter and she emerges from the back and she looks at me like I’ve stolen from her!! I wish I could take back my tip as our food was cold and bland and she was so angry/mean/rude/hateful and should NEVER BE IN a customer service position!
The restaurant was dead and there was absolutely no customers.
I cannot recommend anything at this restaurant. If you can’t find decent, dependable employees at this location then you should shutter this location.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS CHILIS LOCATION!

No wonder their parent company is thriving. Efficient, enthusiastic service, prompt food preparation, and healthy options. In short, well managed .

Yesterday, January 26th we ordered Chilis to go. We ordered quesadillas & chicken Fajitas. Yesterday they completely forgot the toppings for the Fajitas, so no cheese, sour cream, pico, salsa, etc. Today we gave them another chance & this time they delivered the toppings but no Fajitas! It's absolutely amazing how a restaurant employee can screw up that badly not once, but twice in a row! Now my husband's food is getting cold again because he had to go back to pick up the rest of the order! Absolutely pathetic!

Ordered a ribeye steak medium rare ribeye steak on their doordash website and I received a sirloin overcook steak. Manager tried to tell me it was a mistake and they were not trying to cheat me out of the steak I ordered. I wasn’t looking for a refund just som standards. Going forward I will never order a to go steak from chilis I don’t feel I can trust their chefs. With inflation being what it is I’ll only get a burger from them and nothing as expensive as a steak. Note to self never order anything expensive for home delivery fe chilis

Micaela was the best waitress I’ve had a chillies in a long time. Attentive, kind, personable, and overall great. She deserves a raise, thank you so much

I absolutely love this location. They are always on point in terms or food quality and service. Take out is amoung the best in the business since they have been doing it well decades before the pandemic. They are the best value around and so glad they are so close to home. Thanks A++

Our server, Katie really put us at ease. We came in about a half hour before closing but she assued us that it was not a problem. She got us drinks and placed our order quick and we were eating our salads in about five minutes. The french fries alone are worth coming back for. The bacon burgers were perfect.
