3 dudes at the Al table behind us under the water tower wood painting at 8:00-8:19 are taking shit about customers and making fun of them, I’m assuming they work here because a male coworker and female coworker talked to them by name not acceptable behavior even off the clock!

I'm a Chili's regular and had dinner here while in Colorado Springs on business. My go to when traveling is the Triple Dipper to get an affordable variety of food. Got the SW Egg Rolls, Wings, Mozarella Sticks. Thr egg rolls were noticeably smaller than other locations and not as well made. WI gs were good and meaty but flavor was lacking. Service was good and the server did a great job offering lemonade choices.

I apologize for my bad review, Thank you managment, for ensuring the safety of employees wellbeings, prevent discrimination against employees, keep up the good work, everyone deserves respect and I understand stressful environments but responsibilities as staff comes first always and cutting corners is never the best way.

Great service!
Our server, Sarina, was super sweet and lively. Never had to ask for refills or for her attention once. She was very attentive and polite. The food was on point! We got dinner, dessert, and drinks. No complaints about anything

Went to eat dinner at the right time just before they got busy on a Saturday night. Glad we did they had a waitlist when we left. Our waiter was great and very attentive to us and other tabkes he had. His name was Caleb. I got the Surf n Turf and my wife got the Trio Stir Fry plus had an appetizer in which all of it looked and tasted good. Definitely would recommend this place.

My family frequents this location on occasion when out shopping. The service the food and is very good. It does get a bit congested inside the restaurant and they made a mistake with our order that was corrected after we identified it to our server. It is worth a visit.

Got the chicken strip dinner the strips were under cooked tasted rubbery made me sick from the meal and the taste was bad I have had better strips at a truck stop I wouldn't get them again

I have been a fan of chilis for a while,....until tonight when I saw they completely changed there menu and didn't have what I usually get. And very disappointed in the fact if no sweet tea, and no baked potatoes. Like seriously are those things really that hard to come by? So I ordered a sprite and I got some disgusting seltzer water. My was over cooked by a lot So that was very disappointing My 87-year-old father had to ask for the chips and salsa like in the the guy that we asked acting like we had to pay for them and then when we get them they're nothing but broken pieces. My dad ordered a steak medium and it wasn't even close it was dry huge disappointment I just can't stress enough how horrible my food was Chili's is went completely downhill their menu sucks it has nothing appetizing on it anymore I don't know how much my father spent but I do know he probably spent way too much first crap food his mashed potatoes look horrible. The waiter was pleasant but trying way too hard so kind of irritating So the next time that my dad wants to go out to eat we're going to Texas Roadhouse because Chili's is just not as good as they used to be

Got the full rack of ribs yesterday with fries literally threw everything up because I caught the Nero virus there it was coming out on both ends got really sick all I ate yesterday was those ribs avoid this location it will get u sick.
