This restaurant made their burritos smaller now. I remember a few months back, their burritos were big like Tacos el gordo. I only go there because it is close to me. It's an ok place. What happened to the burritos, now they are small compared to how they were when the restaurant opened. Before they also gave more sauce. Now they give two small sauces for a burrito, it is not enough for those of us who like sauces.

15 minutes wait for only two tacos, one morning at 10:26 am guy you serve: stop talking and take the orders please!!! They attend to one order at a time. It's my fault that they wanted to have 3 orders ready to serve me. It's not the first time that he has served me like this.I had to edit because they already responded to me with lies...it wasn't 5 minutes of lying, plus the boy even told me: oh sorry! I had forgotten your order! At the drive thru? Put more attention to the customer service, stop to chat with you coworkers when you have 3 cars waiting for you, and managers: stop to say lies! You take 15 minutes for my order of 2 tacos, I don't see professional managers trying to say I was lying is no point. I guess is better to say: sorry!!! But don't worry you guys are not the only ones on town by the way your churros are terrible.

I placed an order on Uber eats for pickup and my order stated it was ready, but upon arrival it was not. Once getting home to eat the cheese quesadilla seemed to now have any cheese in it and had a rubbery texture. The three taco meal was greasy and soggy because of the way it was presented. The carne asada taco was great but the other two were not. I do not recommend trying this place. Everything spelt like grease and it’s expensive for what you get. The flavors are off and not worth the time.

I ordered two orders of birria tacos and some carne asada fries with a drink.. Got home and realized I only got one order of birria tacos. And I didn't receive my drink either. Order was $28 with a tip. Wasn't worth it.

We tried out the Chiltepin drive-thru for the first time. I have a receipt for $20.02. My credit card was charged $23.94. No, I did not leave a tip and would like my money returned.
Ordered a California burrito from here and asked for no sour cream. Not only did it have sour cream (it normally comes with it) but they charged me extra for it. The recipe or said California burrito w/no sour cream, then said add sour cream and charged me $1.25
