Way too expensive for mediocre Chinese. I paid ten bucks for literally four eggrolls that were just okay. My main dish was 20. None of the food was worth the price. They are taking advantage of being the only Chinese restaurant in a certain area. Would not recommend.

Ordered, was told 15 minutes,waited over 40.
Food didn't even taste that good, like it was reheated from frozen maybe.
Paid 17.59 per person just to end up throwing most of it away.
Won't be going back

This one is tough, the dishes had less flavor than Panda Express. We ordered, sesame chicken, beef broccoli, beef chow fun, and ma po tofu. The dishes were bland. For a szechuan food, it was not spicy. I love and want to support local Chinese restaurants but the food here was very lack luster.

Take out order.Egg rolls tasted of old oil they were fried in, of then, which they apparently used the same used old oil to fry their rice. Horrible taste. After one bite of each, we threw the egg rolls and fried rice out. The Schezwan chicken was bland. And this was a takeout order, on a Saturday evening, of which you'd expect fresh foods. Run, don't walk away from this place!

I truly only review if it’s SUPER good or SUPER bad. I’m honestly so shocked at the overall review. We’ve spent time in San Diego so we know good Chinese food and THIS is GOOD Chinese food!!! the prices are reasonable and the food is incredible every single time we order! I’m excited for when we order a full duck from them one day!! I have never been disappointed with this place! Highly recommend
The ONLY thing I would say is their house hot mustard could be a little thicker and stronger!

I’ve only ordered delivery so I’m not aware of the atmosphere. However, the food is excellent.

Came here with a group of 4. The lady at the front was very polite and sat us immediately. The food was piping hot and delicious! The lunch special was good sized and decently priced. We will be back!

It took over 2 hours to receive my order. First they had my daughter wait an hour and said it was coming out soon. Then they asked for a confirmation because they couldn’t find the order. Then they found the order but it wasn’t made yet. They didn’t apologize or try to do anything to make it better. So, not only did they lie but they obviously can’t handle more than two or three orders at a time. I honestly wouldn’t waste my time or money here.

Very disappointed.
The food is very mediocre & way over priced!.
I ordered a chicken lo mein entree for $14.55, for that price I feel that the portion was way to small. It no longer comes with rice, which now is an additional $2.50...which i did purchase, again, the portion in my opinion was way to small. I ordered two small soups, a small wonton soup for $3.99, and a hot & sour for $2.99. Again, the soups were mediocre at best and way over pticed for what I got. My total was $26.00...If this meal would have cost me $13.00, I wouldn't be complaining, but at $26.00, no way! Panda Exress is a much better option.

Ordered a lunch special vegetable lo mein with egg drop soup. Service was fast and the lady who greeted me was friendly. Lo mein was yummy and i feel like it was a decent portion size for the price. However, the egg drop soup has a thick, kinda strange consistency. The taste was fine and normal for egg drop, so it may not be an issue for others, just not my favorite.

We knew China Menu when they were at the original location. My family really enjoys their food. I looked at the bad reviews and I'm not sure what was going on, but we have had great experiences here. The owners are so friendly and so kind. We love supporting "Mom and Pop" places. Recently my daughter and I ate dinner at China Menu. She ordered the honey chicken and I ordered the Szechuan chicken extra spicy. Rice was perfectly cooked, meat was fresh and cooked perfectly, as well as the vegetables. The vegetables were not overcooked as many places will do. We had a great meal and we will be back! It's a very low key atmosphere, but they have friendly, fast, efficient service

Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere.
