I deliver for this place through door dash and they act like complete buttholes when you show just a few minutes early for the order! Absolutely ridiculous! You would
Think they would appreciate you being there to get the food so it’s not just setting there getting cold! Really hope this changes soon!

If you like overpaying for old, cold, crunchy burritos then this is the place to go. I don't understand how food can be ice cold from the counter to a table. And if you have to forcibly scrape the food from the containers then don't serve it, period.

They mixed up my food with another person which is no big deal but I called down to the store to resolve the issue and the “manger” Powell? If that’s her name was very disrespectful and told me to call the 1800 number for a refund and I told her I didn’t want a refund I wanted my burrito she said well you need to come back down here to which I told her I can’t because now my lunch break is over and asked if they delivered ( trick question because they literally have a sign on a bike in store that says they deliver) she said no we don’t deliver. When I asked her about that she said that it was “for show” and they actually don’t. So now I don’t get to eat lunch because of someone else’s mistake and they refused to make it right.

It was a good atmosphere. It was decently busy, service was great. The tables weren't too crowded together. It was clean and well stocked with condiments.

Pretty standard chipotle. The service is always quick. The food is good. My only complaint with this restaurant has been the way they manage the dining area. The drinks area is not always clean, and is organized strangely. Additionally, many times I go in and half the dining area is closed off for no good reason. Just seems like the employees don't want to have to clean up extra tables or something. It's really weird and I'd like to sit by the window or whatever. It just doesn't make any sense.

Original review: I love Chipotle. I’ve been a fan since the chain was founded. However, I’m not of fan of extremely unpleasant staff who give attitude to customers. If an employee of mine spoke to one of my customers the way I was spoken to at this restaurant, she would be fired on the spot.

The service was great today.
I took my wife on a little lunch date for her lunch break, and she chose Chipotle.
The restaurant was clean, everybody was in uniform, the food was good nice and fresh. I enjoyed my experience today

The food was pretty good here. The woman who started my order was very sweet and friendly. The young lady who finished my order had a very bad attitude. No table in the facility was clean, there was remnants of food on every single table.

Consistently rude service, items sometimes forgotten and typically slower than other Chipotles, even when theres no line. Best to go to a different location.

I've decided not to return after multiple negative experiences.

Great location for a Chipotle. Very cool dining area. Other than the dining area and location, nothing different about this Chipotle. The staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant is clean and bright inside. Service was a little slow, but food tasted good.
