They have way too small proportions here. Other locations put two scoops or rice but they only gave me one super small scoop. When I asked for more rice they gave me attitude. Not only do they do this with the rice but they do this with the meat as well. I understand that I can get more by asking for double meat but it's not as much as other locations. To me, the employees look like they are too lazy to cook more meat, the reason for why they give so little meat. I see the reason behind why this location is not as packed compared to the others. If you want the proper Chipotle treatment, I suggest going to other locations.

Today, 9/22/2025 I took my autistic grandson out for lunch to the S Tejon Chipotle. We showed up at approximately 12:45 pm and it seemed staff from cooks to front counter employees hate their job!! Chicken and beans were in need of refilling and the cook seemed irritated to have to replenish. The counter staff barely spoke and somewhat quietly and when I requested the young girl to speak louder, so my grandson and I could hear her she rudely raised her voice as if I my grandson and I were an inconvenience to her. I know working with the public is not always pleasant, but sincerely I think these Chipotle employees should take the training that Dutch Bro's employees receive. I'm sorry I didn't choose a different location to take my grandson for lunch. I am grateful that my grandson is able to adjust and make the best of situations, plus he loves Chipotle burritos even if the people experience wasn't much to brag about.

This is not the worst experience I've had at this location, I visited 8/6/25 and the first thing I noticed were that fajita veggies were pretty good. They were grilled and seasoned to perfection. They were not overcooked like I've had before. There seemed to be a variety in the selection of veggies for the fajitas. There were plentiful onions, bell peppers, I enjoyed the fajita veggies alot. The meat I ordered was the chipotle honey chicken, it was decent. There needed to be more flavor, I did not taste any honey, and a tiny bit of chipotle seasoning. The meat was not as saucy as it usually is, I would say this impacted the overall experience a bit.

Absolutely the rudest staff. Management needs to educate their staff on customer service and how to treat people with dignity, respect, and kindness. There are so many nicer restaurants near this one with better food, atmosphere, and service—worth the wait. Avoid this one. You’ll thank me later.
