No one greeted us coming in and took 10 minutes for us to be helped. Everything was old and way smaller portions than other locations. And when I asked if they had any fresh steak I got an attitude from the chick. Not worth the money never going back again to that

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I have just had too many bad experiences at this particular Chipotle. (I’m a lifelong Chipotle lover who eats at various locations on a regular basis.) First, the employees will do anything to not have to cook more barbacoa or steak—even when the container is practically empty or it’s clear that it’s been sitting there for hours. Guac is old and brown. They are super stingy on meat and toppings, and this time there were three soft drinks that were out of order because no one had refilled them.But the thing that irritates me the most is that there is no changing table in the HUGE restroom—which you need a code to access. I’m sorry, but if you have a kids’ menu, you should have a changing table. Period. Never mind that this is a downtown location that’s very family-friendly in general, with the brand new park play structure mere blocks away. Where am I supposed to change my kid when it’s 14 degrees and too cold for car changes? On the bench at the booth, I guess.

Really disappointed, the table was dirty, with food there, here, everywhere and I cleaned it up(which is not a problem at all for me) but if the staff is just waiting for the next customer doing pretty much nothing, shouldn't they walk to the dinner room, set it up, have it clean/ready for next customer? Even better if they see a customer doing their job, shouldn't they at least show up and take care of the clean up?

This is the SLOWEST Chipotle ever. I’m anxiously awaiting for Illegal Pete’s to open across the street. Hopefully, they will be a little faster and alleviate some of the lunchtime burrito lines.Also, app orders actually take way longer than waiting in their absurdly long lines. My app order still wasn’t ready 25 minutes after the pickup time. That’s at least an hour to make a burrito! I ended up cancelling the order because I couldn’t wait anymore. DON’T USE THEIR APP!!! It will not save you any time.

Went here for lunch as I frequent chipotle a few times a week. Ordered a salad and the lettuce was brown. Asked for the dressing and she said she didn’t have any. Got mad after I asked if I could switch to a bowl. Went 75 minutes after they opened and they still didn’t have fajita veggies ready. Whole service counter was covered in scraps and got all over my to go bowl making a mess in my car. Definitely lower standards than other location.
