I mad an online order to this restaurant. I got there at the time it was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t yet and I understood. I waited the whole line got their food. I saw a bag come out at one point but was told none of the online orders were ready. I said okay and sat down I watched the bag sit on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes eventually a different person got their order so I walked back up and sat down and waited. They asked my name and gave me the bag that had been sitting on the counter. The atmosphere was hostile. By the time I got it the guac had started to discolor and the food was cold. I got there at the pick up time of 4:10 and left at 4:40. I understand that it was busy but I don’t understand why my food had to sit on the counter so long. I will be going to a different location next time.

i got no chicken in BOTH of my bowls when i asked for extra chicken for both and i still got charged for it. what’s the point of a bowl with no protein. this is horrible, we feel horrible. imagine our disappointment when FIRST tiktok gets banned and SECOND we get NO CHICKEN! this is horrible honestly. i’m living in agony and despair today and i will forever think about this.

Ordered pick up and it was ready in time and absolutely delicious. Wasn't sure how it would be not having it made in front of us but it turned out spectacular as usual

4 people were working 1 (black) man and 3 (Mexican) women. The man helped us and did what he thought was right. Then the women started to help and was rude to the man worker as well as to us. And then the 3 women started talking in Spanish to each other about us or the other guy. They were talking in English and then switched. Vary rude and disrespectful to co workers and us!

Ran out of chicken but quickly made more, a bit of an inconvenience hence the 4/5 but the staff were nice and apologetic about the whole thing. Staff were also patient with hard-of-hearing customers.

Parking: Meh; had to park at the store next door (Verizon)

Kid-friendliness: No swear words, or inappropriate content for children. Also, kid friendly food available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Some stairs, no automatic doors, I do not recommend for wheelchairs.

Man how this location and restaurant chain has gone down in standards, smaller portions, and up in prices! Chicken and steak are always fatty and you barely get a little scoop of meat along with your small side of undercooked brown rice. You will be charged for every little thing like queso that you have the choice to have it in your bowl included but if you ask for it on the side that’s an up charge. One taco is $5! Insane to me because the shell is a store bought thin shell that gets soggy by the time you get home to eat it. Guacamole was completely brown so I did not chose to add that but that’s also an up charge. Customers know when you’re cutting corners and ripping them off to save money on food costs. Going from once giving heaping scoops of meat to making sure it’s just a little small amount. The employees always tell me they don’t want to get in trouble as they are watched. Even when I asked for extra lettuce on the side so it didn’t get soggy I got told it was $2! Are you kidding me!?! I got a bowl a bag of chips and one taco that was $24! That’s about as much if you go to a sit down restaurant not a fast food chain. This will be the last time I will coming to chipotle due to the lack of quality of food, standards, and ridiculous pricing. Definitely not as fresh as they claim. Save your money and go to Jersey Mike’s down the street.
