Had ordered 6 salads 2 months ago n steak was super over cooked so called and said next time in town come in and will replace the 2 so went in to be told no I need receipt like thought u write down n a book or something so now have to drive all the way to find bank statement or something ugh sux when I was told just come in n let em know my name
Arrived to get my order nothing was on the togo rack. There were orders sitting behind the rack but the person who was putting the truck online orders together wasn't paying attention and neither were any of the other employees. The cashier eventually came over and asked what I was waiting for and when I told her my order when turned around and just stood behind the register. Did t check the bags on the counter, ask my name, or anything. After a few more minutes the person making the togo orders finally decided it was a good time to ask me if I was there for an online order. I explained to her how the cashier acted and advised if I had waited 5 more minutes I would have just requested a refund. They also forgot the drink, the tortillas I ordered and the bags of chips were less than a regular bag. Both bags equalled the amount of chips in one regular bag. I don't know if they have new employees or maybe just lazy ones either way if they can't operate just as every other chipotle does and put the completed orders on the damn togo rack then don't offer a togo service.
Out of all the chipotle locations in Co springs this one is definitely the worst. They put way too much salt, vinegar, and lime in their food and the quality is not good
it’s a hit or miss but today was awful. i don’t know why when i doordash food they always skimp out on the portion but when i got in person they give me a good portion. also asked for shredded cheese and they did not give out it on there. honestly they need to get their portions right because like i said it’s hit or miss and they should be consistent across the board.

This restaurant frequently is out of items before close based on my experiences. I wanted chips and none were available during my last visit at around 845pm. Asked to be given a side of queso using my chipotle app digital code and was refused by the cashier. I would look elsewhere. Chipotle charges a premium for their food and fails at customer service - both at the store and at the corporate level. I would look elsewhere.
UPDATE: I confirmed that the Chipotle customer service has fallen to an all time low — both at the local and corporate level. It’s sad to see this company in its current state.
I was a Chipotle customer for 25+ years, but I’ve now found other food options for my spending money!

Just walked out of chipotle, on Friday- February 7 at about 2 the women working the line was very rude and uninviting serving up not very cheap food. She also barely gave me anything compared to the guy next to me, when never hearing him ask for any extra.. I got a tiny portion last time as well, and the prices fluctuate like I’ll pay a certain amount sometimes then I’m over charged when only getting a bowl with the same meat every time. The food also wasn’t that great, good thing I got a small portion though..

The girl named Kennedy was amazing!! She made the greatest burrito of all time and I'm pretty sure the soda was even better.

The service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and efficiency were all perfect, my only complaint is of no fault to the cook or the servers. But It is ridiculous how chipotle one day decided to lower the standard of their food. Today was my first day trying chipotle after 3 months of refusing to eat it, I decided maybe the last 2 times were a fluke… nope. Every single bite of my steak chipotle bowl I’m pulling unchewable fat pieces out of my mouth. I don’t want every other cube of steak needed to be pulled out of my mouth because it’s unappetizing and beyond frustrating. I spend $16 to get 3 bites into my meal and feel disgusted after.

First I usually come to this location & I won’t ever again. To begin my steak was bleeding and undercooked. I called the store and he asked me to come in. I went in and the first girl I saw literally laughed in our face. I asked what was funny? No response. Management came up and told us the steak was cooked but the juices were coming out. Once he told us to remake the bowl. The same homegirl that was laughing started slamming everything she had a slick mouth that I wasn’t w/. The manager was there the whole time she was slamming and speaking out the side of her neck. Yea new location it is

Me and my family were walking to the chipotle when the worker came and closed the door in front of us, as we knocked on the door we got no reply. As we were about to leave a family walked out so we went inside. The employe started yelling at us to get out even though it was Christmas eve. When we asked why she told us that we should’ve walked faster.

Chipotle commercials sure aren't accurate irregardless of the "fresh" of the food as we found NONE of this freshness!! At best the food is apparently reheated from day before or worse. Very disappointed. I use to actually see the food being cooked etc
But not the last few visits for sure.
Parking: Extremely difficult to find handicapped parking and handicapped access is difficult!

The portions here never fail, the only one I'll ever go to
Serving sizes are wildly different shift to shift, if you order online expect about 2/3 of a regular bowl or burrito they like to be extra skimpy on online orders. Their romaine is always wilty garbage at this location too so usually I have to pluck most of it off. Also the upcharge for guac and queso is insane given that qudoba gives that for free.
