The workers here seem to have a stick up their butt, and treat the customers as if they are working for them not the other way around. The chips were stale AND cold. Not the best environment if you ask me. Food was ight tho. (other then the chips)

Prices are crazy high and now they are giving way less in portions. Plus the people are not friendly and they forgot to give me the chips for my child’s kids meal so I had to go back. Terrible quality and service.

A lot of the time I go here, I do not get the standard portion sizes for their ingredients. It’s not just new people, it’s the managers. I had to ask the manager with the hand tattoos TWICE for more rice to get a sufficient/standard amount of rice. Then the bad attitude carried throughout the rest of the bowl making process, skimping me where they saw fit. This store needs a serious retraining of staff and more importantly, the shift leads.

Do not order to go from here! Go to another location. Ordered a chicken burrito and almost no chicken for 3 consecutive
I really enjoy eating here, except I wi never do so again during cold weather again! I literally froze tonight eating there. Ceiling is very high, tables are metal and concrete floors add up to very cold temperatures in the eating area. So if temps are below 50 I will not spend my money here ☹️. They at least could install a second door creating a breeze way to help. Also install a drop ceiling as heat rises! The current ceiling is at least 20 ft above the floor, so that's were all the heat is at. I know kitchens get hot , but goodness gracious heat the eating area for your customers. See ya next May! That is all ☹️

It's December --- TURN ON THE HEAT!! It's been like this for weeks. Everyone has their coats on eating as fast as they can!! Why are you making it so unbearable?? I don't want to come back to this location until I can eat and not be shivering!

I get that there are rules when running an establishment, but if exceptions can be made for employees, why can’t they be made for customers? I wanted my meal made a certain way which is apparently “against the rules”, but yet the employees wore headphones on the food line, the cashiers hair wasn’t put up, jewelry on the line, etc. No greetings.
