Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle has really gone downhill. It’s been a while since I’ve went there for this reason. Decided to give it another try tonight and it was the worst bowl I’ve ever had. Every piece of carne asada was super fatty and inedible, I ordered extra cheese and there was barely any on it, paid extra for queso, barely any on it, and for as much as they charge currently, my bowl should at least be full. To top it off I found a hair. Huge disappointment, and I’m completely disgusted.

Quite possibly the best Chipotle that I visited in a long time. I'm from Chicago and I had very low expectations for Colorado springs but to be honest you guys have a Chipotle that kicks butt. The burrito was delicious. I was so happy I got it.

Big shout out to Jules, Chase,Livonia and Ivan at this store. Always friendly and pleasant with the customers. The place is clean and they make some great Burritos!!! If you’re gonna get Chipotle, I would highly recommend going to this location!!!

Delicious food, amazing hard working staff. When I was in there it was like watching a giant machine operate. Everyone was making moves in synchronization. The chef was cooking like 5 things at once all while everyone on the line was hoping around each other to get this line of people out the door all with a smile...was very impressive. Keep up the good work guys🙏😁

It was clean, the food was good, and the service was fast and efficient. Sarah N was running part of the food line and register and was doing an amazing job smiling the whole time.

Literal worse employee chosen to take customers orders on the line. Female had poorest, most disrespectful attitude.Twice in one month, this woman helped me and gave the ugliest vibe. She grew more irritated as I asked for items that were completely empty. Proceeded to close the lid to my bowl half way down the line with out asking. Chose not to even buy the meal because it was so unwelcoming, disrespectful, and not even completed. Will never return to this restaurant.

Holy cow, fundraiser night! The dinner crew on Wed 10/8 did such an INCREDIBLE job keeping up with the bumpin busy evening. The young lady working the grill kept that food coming and the to-go crew back there was working so quick to accommodate changes. The young man behind the register was full of smiles & a great attitude for such a hectic night and didn't waste a minute to clean & support the kitchen in between check-outs. Obviously my wait was long enough for me to observe all this but I couldn't have been more impressed. Kudos!
