Waited 30 minutes for order , and the lady manager was rude . Location has been going down in service

.workers caused me to have an anxiety attack, ruined my burrito, and chipotle as a whole for me. Never going back.

Do not order ahead of time—they made our order and let it sit for 25 minutes. We were running errands, so I ordered for pickup in 30 minutes. The app continued to stay at order received status. We arrived in 25 minutes and it was still at that status. I went inside to ask and the girl at the counter said “oh that’s weird” it’s right here “. I took the bag out to the car. The food was very cold. It had obviously been sitting in the bag for some time. As we drove home the app went to “we are preparing your order” and then to ”ready for pickup” with seconds. Obviously they made the order when I ordered 30 minutes ago and the planned to set the status to preparing your order later when it was almost pick up time but never did. We won’t be ordering from here again.

It's pretty good food, they've started to cut back a little on the portions which is disappointing but still great food 😎

My complaints are for the GM…it was after dinner rush so obviously need to take the time stocking the line, which that’s fine, I’m not in a rush. So please don’t stop what you’re doing to help people waiting in line. What was crazy was I watched him fill all the containers and instead of FIFO (you know, first in first out), this man was placing new food on top of old food. I’m glad I was getting fresh food but feel bad for whoever gets the old food that has been sitting there for who knows how long. I only found out he was the GM because the guy helping me had to wait for him to finish filling the cheese (once again new food on top of old food) and the GM looks at me and says “sorry, it’s my first day”, which I believed because of the way he was stocking the line, but the guy helping me says quietly “he’s our GM”. I was shocked to my core because if this is how the GM works, can’t imagine the employees he is managing.

Pretty sure that I ate someone else's meal. I just walked in an randomly said, I'm here for an order for A- man....da! The dude looked at me and said! Amanda??? And I said yep thats right bro A- MAN ...DA!! I am a man.... da...

I've been to many Chipotle's across the states, quite a few of them over a hundred times (I wish I was kidding). This one is definitely in the upper echelon of chipotle restaurants. service times are always fast, and they do a good job keeping things as fresh possible fresh throughout the day, even during non peak hours. for example, many chipotle's struggle to keep the beans looking not gross in my experience, but I am rarely disappointed here. The current staff seems to me balanced in handling flow of customers, and portion sizes are pretty consistent when you go in.
Mark in particular is consistently prompt, friendly, and clear. I recommend this one over the others in the springs for these reasons

This is my frequent location to visit. The last few times there has been a guy with his hair up in a knot, wears glasses and has a Pokémon tattoo. He doesn't even give you a full portion of meat and when you ask for more he just stars at you like you crazy.

Not coming here again portions are very small asked for double protein and it wasn’t even double it was like one spoon full. Definitely not worth the price

We go here about every two weeks. It can be quite busy on certain evenings. Other nights, it is quiet, and we can enjoy conversation. The good is generally good.

Nah this one skimps fr. It’s bad. They give literally half of what other locations give. At first I thought people were over exaggerating but if you can avoid this one you’ll be sure to avoid frustration.

The only reason I am giving this review a 4 star is because of the guy behind the the guy that was skimping on portions..... The guy that was helping me.. if you can call it that ., skimmed on portions.. ignored what I said and was outright rude
