We recently used Chipotle to cater our dinner after my son’s graduation. Sadly, I messed up and the actual order did not go through. I generally check for my confirmation but didn’t in this case. When we arrived to pick up the order (which was not received), the regional manager was very helpful/accommodating to ensure that we could still get our order. The food was enjoyed by all and Chipotle really helped me get out of a jam! We have used them for catering prior to this event and have always been very pleased with the food and service!
I had an allergic reaction and called support for advice. I wanted to know how to order my food safely. I called, left a message and called back at least 15x and never got a response. I called on my friend’s phone and I instantly got a call back, but the guy wouldn’t listen to me, told me to talk to the store and just said that he would send a gift card. That never came. That wasn’t the point of my call, but that was a lie. The store told me to talk to corporate. Now I can’t get anyone to call that number back now. Sooo they profile your phone number, that’s terrible. I don’t understand what is wrong this company. I DON’T FEEL SAFE ordering because I had to use my epi pen last time I ordered my bowl and I need to know about cross contamination. Chipotle doesn’t care and it’s amazing how much chipotle resembles McDonalds now. This company is trash.
This is my favorite location in the springs. The flavor is one of the reasons, but the portions are actually normal size & what we are paying for in protein!
White guy with the tattoos working tonight(5/7) has the worst attitude. Felt so unwelcome.
Maxican cuisine, rice bowl is similar to Indian rice.
This chipotle was a lifesaver for me!!! I was in a crazy panic because the chipotle off of quest refused to complete my order due to their system being down even though I had pre-paid for the order. I drove to this chipotle, as it was the next nearest location, And asked if they could help me out. They immediately jumped into action and had me read off my orders, and they completed the order for me, even though I hadn’t ordered it from their location. I am so thankful that I was able to get help from Nacho, Layla, Sarah & Charles!!! They seem like such a great team and we’re so willing to help me. I would drive out of my way in the future to come to this chipotle then go to another one that has subpar service. Thank you again to Layla, Nacho, Charles & Sarah!!!
We have noticed new employees recently who are either unhappy with their job or just aren't trained well. We had to wait for chicken to be made and it was a lengthy wait, But the manager was amazing and made it right in the end. The three people that working in the front didn't seem to know what they were doing. They weren't very friendly and it took about eight minutes for them to even acknowledge that I was standing in line waiting to order. There were two people in front of me, and there was no method to the madness. Typically you get one customer all the way to the end check them out and they leave, but these people were making food from the first customer then food for the second customer then going back to the first customer and going back to the second one and then asking the third one which was me what I wanted, it was awful to watch. I probably won't go back to this location again, but I do have to say Nacho, (Who could have been the manager but I'm not 100%) was incredibly apologetic and friendly and even gave us drinks and some chips and guacamole and eventually comped our meal. It was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. He checked on us multiple times when the three people in the front should have been doing that.
My daughter also found a leaf in her food which I presume is a bay leaf, but I'm not 100% on that either.
Taste fine but the portions. Big arse scoops of rice and the they are stngy with the protein. I get sofritas and they really tried to give me half a scoop....half... Asked for a little more and they have me half of half a scoop so I got about 75% a scoop total.

We ordered ahead on the app so it was ready when we got there. It was missing some of the toppings I asked for (corn salsa) I didn't t like how you can't get condiments on the app. My daughter wanted sour cream and cheese as well as the rice and beans for her tortilla meal but no dice on the app.

Well my last horrible visit i told myself that was it. Well I thought id give this place one last shot. Wow did they FAIL!!! These portion sizes have gotten to be ridiculous for the price. Now understand I have spent alot of money at this location. I'm aware of what my order looks like. I was given a burrito the size of a small iPhone and told this is normal. I didn't realize this problem till I finished my 30 mins round trip to get lunch. I decided enough is enough as most know you can't call and talk with anyone. So I drive back up, i see the manager who gave me my food and asked "what's the deal with this very small burrito"?? His response is it seems close to size but let me make another. Proceeds to hand my a burrito to literally the exact same size and stress me how they can only add X oz of each ingredient so they only are so big and had the nerve to say if you paid for more ingredients it would be bigger . I remind him I've been ordering this meal for months and never received one this small. No I'm sorry No here's a free drink or I apologize for you having to spend 45 mins of driving for our mistake. Just plain and simple not really my problem. I continue to try and stress my concerns and instead of conversating like an adult The Manager decided to just repeat the same sentence over and over till I walked away. Again not one single sorry or care for the situation. Any basic employee i might not think twice but the manager needs to do better and keep the customers coming in not push them off.

From one serving person to another, the service varies greatly. I was served by the South American lady, no smile, small quantities and finding a hair on my food, I was proposed to be re-served. Another lady served me, white with a cross on and I got a large quantity of meat!
Beyond the black hair on my food (which can happen, but seeing other reviews with the same issue, I'd advise the management to get her covered with a shower cap for hygiene), I noticed the first lady was putting outside fallen salad bits back into the salad basket, which I found unhygienic. I also noticed she cleans up with the same gloves she uses to serve our food. Some coaching should take place from the management to get better

It's still just feels like a scam to sell a s*** ton of rice and beans and a little tiny bit of meat for way too much money. Chips are the bomb though. Guacamole sucks. If you're in Colorado Springs you might as well just go downtown and go to Illegal Pete's and get a good burrito.
