We recently used Chipotle to cater our dinner after my son’s graduation. Sadly, I messed up and the actual order did not go through. I generally check for my confirmation but didn’t in this case. When we arrived to pick up the order (which was not received), the regional manager was very helpful/accommodating to ensure that we could still get our order. This chipotle was a lifesaver for me!!! I was in a crazy panic because the chipotle off of quest refused to complete my order due to their system being down even though I had pre-paid for the order. I drove to this chipotle, as it was the next nearest location, And asked if they could help me out. We have noticed new employees recently who are either unhappy with their job or just aren't trained well. We had to wait for chicken to be made and it was a lengthy wait, But the manager was amazing and made it right in the end. The three people that working in the front didn't seem to know what they were doing.
