My kids had a blast, of course! They are always cleaning this place and the staff is helpful. The membership is absolutely worth it; I highly recommend checking it out because the benefits are amazing 🧀

Pretty disappointed.
I spent $500+ on a party and I had 3 extra kids show up with no RSVP. They would not allow me to add them to the party at the party rate ($20 per kid). Instead, they demanded that I pay over double ($42 per kid). Ridiculous. They wouldn’t even give me a lousy paper drink cups for them either.

Never doing a party at Chuck E Cheese again, thanks. I’ll take my business to Urban Air or someplace that can be the tiniest bit flexible.

Staff makes you feel like family and Chuck E. Cheese is a uncle rat. Lol. All jokes aside this location is the best store in the springs and in Colorado. I love the staff.

It's a cute environment for smaller children and not so much pre teens and up. The food was tasty and hot. They stayed up onto of the drink refills. Chuckee himself has lot some weight lol. It would be cooler if they brought the entire chuckee crew out. It's hard to win tickets on the games. Their prices aren't all that and could use some update on them. Over all for the price you pay it's kinda worth it.

The pizzia was extremely expensive.

Had a great time with family. It was my grandson's 5th birthday. Great place for kids to let go and just be kids. Great security for the kids in keeping them inside, no worries.

This location is good throughout the week when its not too busy. They have young folks working on Fridays and the weekend, because it's packed. So we came on a Friday right around shift change between 3-4pm. They lost our order for food and we waited an hour before they fixed it. I'll let you decide what that means, but we are sticking to less busy times to take our kids.

Restaurant was clean, food was delicious, & the customer service was great! It was my first time trying the BBQ meatballs, they were great. I think they should’ve gave us more fries, that was the only issue I had. I didn’t complain nor did I ask for more fries. All the food was delicious & well cooked.

This this place is the biggest rip-off I've ever seen in my life I paid $10 for a pizza that is size of a silver dollar none of the games where customer service is garbage like it should be illegal for this place to even be open I don't understand why anybody would ever come here I spent $60 for a silver dollar size pizza and 18 points for games for my daughter and none of the games even work it is ridiculous on it should be shut down I do not recommend this place for anybody I will never step foot in this place again
