I haven’t been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid but I’d have to say I was very impressed by the service and atmosphere during today’s visit. First I’d like to say I was greeted right away by Meaghan (who provided excellent service throughout our visit. Thanks!). The place looked clean and we got our pizza pretty quickly and it was pretty good. My kids enjoyed the numerous rides, photo booths, and games. Overall a great time that exceeded my expectations.

On the whole it was great! The 60 minute card is so worth it! You get a break for food and when your done you just scan a game to start your time again. The only thing I'll say is the pizza isn't the best. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. My daughter got a chucky cheese cup which is free refills for life and its cute.

Very rude, tried to tell me I couldn't leave with my kids cause there stamp washed off, no one told me when my kids washed there hands and the stamp rubbed off that i had to prove its my kid, very ridiculous.Chuck e cheese is a joke from when I was younger.

Very low class ghetto environment. This establishment is the beneficiary of being the only game in town which awards them to have the luxury of subpar customer service. Watch your kids closely here

Chel was awesome, she was the most amazing staff member we have came across at a Chuck E Cheese location. She was a one man show today, thank you Chel for a great day at Chuck E Cheese.

The staff is completely incompetent. They messed up a pizza we ordered, gave us a pager that never worked, and then when I asked if I could take the half of the pizza they made correctly they said no they aren’t allowed. The girl working claimed she spoke with her manager to ask but when I asked to speak with the manager she then said she was the manager. I don’t know how companies employ people that can’t use simple logic. The place itself is fine but they need to hire people who can actually use their brain.

Had a ton of fun here. Kiddo loved it. Kinda pricey at 30 bucks an hour per kid, but it's unlimited play, so can't complain there!

This place used to be fun for kids. Now it's just gambling training for children. They took out the climbing structure, which was the main reason to go.Games are Franklin boring and ticket prices for items is outrageous. The pizza is some of the most bland I've ever had as well as expensive for what it is.Kids were just reaching in the salad bar.I don't know how this place stays open.
