Made the mistake of taking our granddaughter to dinner on a weekend. Multiple parties going on. Grabbed the last available table. Normally we go to the north Academy location and during the week. Think we'll stick to that plan in the future. The pizza here was good and came out much quicker than the other location.

I paid for the ultimate party. The party host threw away all of our special cups even though the other lady asked if we wanted to keep them and we said yes. Then she threw away my sons cake when we wanted to save it. She could have just sat all the stuff on the booth table next to our table. She saw that i was gathering everything and sitting it there. But instead of asking me, she just threw all of our stuff away. I paid 514$ for terrible customer service and rude attitude throughout the whole party, and then couldn't even keep our special reusable cups with twisted straw. And took it upon herself to throw away our leftover cake. Super rude. And there wasn't even a party at that table right away after we were done, i was there another hour afterwards and she rushed and threw away all our stuff when she could have been patient and nice. We were trying to gather all his presents and stuff and put them at the booth to get out of the way. So i really dont understand why she couldn't have just brought our leftover cake and the reusable cups over. I think they should train their employees to be more courteous and just take a minute to ask if we wanted to keep anything before they throw everything away. I thought that was so rude after being rushed to pay money at the register and before i could even get that done they are throwing all my stuff away while I'm away from the table. Really disappointed with how they treated us. We were really excited about this party. We will never return again. We will go to Dave and Busters next time.

Have been several times at this location, for parties and not on party days. It's clean, but that's about all it has going for it. We can live with bad food (it's kid's pizza and expensive, but no one is coming for food), but the customer service is enough to have us headed to the north side of town for Dave's or even the other Chucky location. No smiles, clear annoyance, and when problems arise the advice is to "call corporate". Customer service is such an easy way to make an impression when you have little control over prices, machines, maintenance, etc., and this place makes a BAD impression. Several games were out of order and many games were the coin ones (not particularly fun for kids and certainly added to the place because they can't win many tickets). Overall would not recommend.
