Wonderful staff, great place for children's birthdays š
My sister and I visited Chuck E. Cheese on November 22, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Due to a system issue, we were spoken to by management in a condescending manner, as though we were children. Shortly thereafter, we were told to leave because of a āhostile environmentāāan environment that was, in fact, created by the staff themselves.
We calmly gathered our belongings and requested the general managerās contact information. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, a manager finally appeared and stated that the general manager was āexpecting our call.ā When I reached out, the individual who identified himself as either the general or district manager claimed he had been watching the cameras the entire time. I asked what he had observed, since it was clear from the footage that neither my sister nor I were hostile. As paying customers, we simply expected the same respect that employees are afforded.
When I inquired about filing a formal complaint, the manager was reluctant to provide guidance, behaving as though he was the only authority I could speak to. The situation escalated unnecessarily when staff called the police, alleging that we were threatening and harassing team members. This languageāāhostileā and āconfrontationalāāis too often misapplied to people of color, even when we are simply asking questions. The police arrived as if responding to a serious incident, which only added to the embarrassment and distress we endured.
We have been paying for passes for months, yet the treatment we received was unacceptable. The staff were rude, dishonest, and supported by management in their behavior. Beyond this incident, the games are poorly designed to avoid ticket payouts, and the prizes are of low quality.
For families considering Chuck E. Cheese as an option for entertainment: I strongly advise you to spend your money elsewhere. Respectful treatment of customers should be the minimum standard, and unfortunately, this location failed to meet it.
This team is always 100!! We love this location and will continue to support!
I've been to this location a few times with the kids and they've taken over an hour both times to make food that I've eaten there. Even when it wasn't busy at all. The last time I went the wings were ready for pick up and were we're literally still cold to the touch. They asked me if they should need to remake them or heat them up. LOL Not to be petty. I was okay with the reheating them. But I asked them if I can have a cup of soda complimentary to the mistake. But that was asking to much and said NO they can't do that. Very POOR customer service!!
Great place to take the kids and grandchildren š. And the new BBQ pizza š was šÆ awesome š
It's Chuck E Cheese, normal stuff.
It was cool, but not as cool as ITZ. It was my first time ever being there and it was still pretty cool.
The staff are so friendly and the weekday prices are fantastic for dinner and unlimited play
Have to highest membership plan for $30 a month. Been to the other Chuck E Cheese in the Springs and have never paid for a replacement card until I came to this one, where they want to charge me $2 for a card for me to use my points. They do what they want and I would cancel this membership right away if I could. Will not renew.
Store management, and all their employees, are absolutely top notch. My son and I have a monthly membership with daily play credits, so we go often and unless weāre hungry, we spend nothing out of pocket. We are treated like VIPs every time we go in, regardless. The store manager offered to let us store our e-bike in the back office area on a rainy day once; employees are able to help me retroactively apply membership discounts after I ignorantly forget to apply them; staff patiently waits for my son to ramble his eyes across the entire prize wall ten times before forgetting how to even communicate like a person, but they somehow know exactly what he wants to order and they get it done. I could go on and on, and there are countless examples of the staff subtly floating between tasks to immediately clean up a mess here or there, or rush out to the front to let us out via the kid safety check. Small things that each employee seems to go out of their way for, away from their current task, to ensure the experience is maintained. Even if there are no customers watching. Staff seems to have eyes in the backs of their heads!
11/10 highly highly recommend. Many companies just donāt compete via customer service like this anymore, but Chuck E Cheese is all in. We will continue to be loyal customers for years to come!
Edit: to contrast the many posts negatively relating the birthday party experience- my kiddo and I mostly go during the week. When we go on weekends, the place is FAR more packed and busy. There are hotspot times for birthday parties where all the tables are filled at once, and it looks chaotic from a regular booth! When bday parties are stacked back to back, it seems Chuck E Cheese himself is making regular appearances for each birthday and this might even cut into his normal dancinā time, I dunno. But if you are on the fence, or feel like a bday party was less than stellar, Iād try the venue during off-peak hours.
Restaurantji Recommends
We went right when they opened on a weekday and it wasnāt crowded at all. Loved having the space to enjoy with the kiddos. The obstacle course is like a ninja warrior course with trampolines. A little extra but really cool!
You can also get ice cream sandwiches and pops for a couple bucks which was a nice treat. Most Chuck E. Cheeseās donāt offer this. Big fan!
This Chuck E. Cheese also had a lot of neat prize options.
I highly recommend looking into the membership. Itās made Chuck E. Cheese more fun and affordable for us.
Workers were very helpful when my kids lost one of the footballs.
Bathrooms were so clean and well-maintained.
Looking forward to coming back soon!
Crowded but kids had a blast.
Kids party, the kids had a blast
I paid well over $300 for a party that included a host but I still ended up having to host and serve and clean up after our party because the host assigned was running around helping other coworkers, the only time our party hosted attempted to help was after other members of the party had to go up front multiple times to request utensils or when food would be out. Honestly super disappointing experience I spent most of the time frustrated and cleaning up instead of getting to spend time with my birthday star and guests. Unfortunately things have gone down hill since the last party we had and what you receive is not worth the price. I could have had my own arcade pizza party for cheaper. Extremely disappointed
EDIT: Spoke with Ryan the āmanagerā, they essentially deflected any wrong doings and allegedly the host that helped us what the āparty managerā I think everyone needs to be retrained at this location, super unprofessional and I will make sure to let everyone in the community know to avoid this poorly ran location
Easy place to throw a kids bday party
