Very cool place to come for healthy and delicious smoothies in Colorado Springs. Courteous staff and prompt service. I had no idea this place was here and I feel like I’ve been missing out. They do aerobics classes and zoomba as well. Ver pleasant atmosphere with lovely people. Well worth the visit, will definitely come back.

Awesome protein smoothies! Had the pineapple upside down and it did not disappoint. Great as a meal replacement shake.

First time stopping by, we ordered a tropical punch tea and a pineapple upside down smoothie, and both drinks were amazing and an excellent help with getting on with the day!

I JUST got drinks from this establishment and I immediately wanted to make a review. This place is amazing. Not only do they make incredible and healthy shakes and teas, but they are a 2 for 1 deal! I got a regular arroz con leche shake and a peach Bellini tea for only $10. Both are so tasty and very low in calories. There was also some upbeat fun music playing in the back where a dance/workout class was being held. Great vibes, energy and products! I highly recommend trying this place out. I will be returning very soon. Support small, local businesses!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This is an HERBALIFE NUTRITION CLUB! Herbalife has been proven to have negative side effects such as liver damage. Herbalife has LEAD in their products. THESE DRINKS ARE NOT LOW CALORIE EITHER!!! The amount of things like chocolate and whipped cream in them make them high in sugar content. They are not healthy ! You will not burn fat/lose weight from the teas ! Herbalife encourages sellers to say that to people !!

Heard about this place from my friend so I knew I had to stop after my workout! If anyone is looking for a healthy meal drink please go here! I will be here a lot! Drink wasn't icy like some places and it was way better!

Better teas than Starbucks! 35 calories! Perfection. I havent had anything taste like this before. Unique. Lovely woman behind the counter. Very welcoming. We most definitely will be back. The only thing I would suggest is to post pictures of the drinks on a wall. Sometimes I just want to buy what looks yummy :)

I have been going here for the last few years! When I tell you the energy is always positive, I mean it! They have great service and fun group workouts/activities! I really love that they work to bring something good to the community!

Very nice ladies, good customer service. They explained what they have and I was glad to find a place that offers protein shakes and tea that will aid my diet.
