We ordered “take out” service on a Saturday around 7pm. The service was very fast and there was a huge amount of food. Unfortunately my chicken Pad Thai was disappointing. The noodles were very sticky and over cooked and broke apart and there was a lot of Tofu and very little chicken. I am not a fan of Tofu due to the texture not an allergy thankfully. The flavor was good overall, but the presentation and freshness was suspect and I did not order Tofu. Had not been here in years and went because it was close and our usual place was closed. Maybe it was a fluke???? But was disappointed.

I spent about 40 dollars and didn't eat the food. I'm sorry but everything tasted gross and poorly made. I have never tossed out food that I paid for but their food was garbage. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was like rocks, the chicken fried rice was slimy like the vegetables were bad but they still used them. And the egg drop soup and wonton soup was gross with stuff in it that normal places don't use. I'm sorry I definitely don't recommend their food.

The hand sanatizer was watered down and sticky when I used it grat food and service but when I use hand sanatizer that being offered at business it should be able to work not be Watered down

I eat lunch here like 3 days a week and its always sooooo good!! Try the Kung Pow chicken "coal mine dragon style" it will change your life...... The twice cooked pork is the bomb as well.

I recieved a flyer in the mail & decided to try them out. Finding a good Chinese restaurant since moving here has been tough.
Thank you for the mail out of your menu! The delivery service was on time to the quote, the delivery guy was nice & the food was Amazing!! I will be ordering again & again.

I order from here regularly every time I call they tell me they cannot deliver to my area then they talk to a manager and go oh never mind. This last time they told me they don't deliver to my neighborhood I am a half mile at best then after fumbling words said they didn't have the staff to deliver. Simply getting passed on and lied to I dont ever want to deal with this place again and I tried it after a friend said the food didn't agree with them the time they went. These people don't want your business they just want to play lets run a building with bad service west side edition. If you don't have the staff just state it dont say words i would have ordered another day or possibly picked it up im a half mile but I dont want to look at the employee who doesn't know what they are talking about.

We have been going to Coal Mine Dragon since the early 90's. The food never disappoints. The staff are always kind and pleasant. The steamed dumplings and side sauce have changed and they are still delicious but not as good as they used to be. Prices are very reasonable. Best Chinese in Colorado
My family ate here 2X already since new management took over. The whole family love Chinese and Japanese foods. This is the right place to go. Their lunch special is only $11. You'll never find a very delicious combination plate of foods with that price. I recommend 101% for every family to dine here. The best!!!!

The cheese wontons were the best part of my meal - super cream cheese forward if you prefer that! I had the sesame tofu which was unfortunately soggy and watery. I didn’t even save my leftovers. My partner had the vegetable lo mein, which was also really bland. The prices were fair for the portions, but for us the quality of the food wasn’t worth it

This place makes the best chicken lo mein! Hands down, and I’m from New York and I know Chinese food and this place does it right. They use real noodles, not spaghetti like a lot of other places. The two young ladies that work at the desk and take orders are very sweet and very kind. I come here at least once a week and I just highly recommend this location to all my friends and family!! 6 starz! ✨

Had to deal with a rude absent minded employee. Placed an order for Delivery, got told it would be 45-55 mins. I called back an hour and a half later to check on my order. Same girl answered and with none of my info proceeded to tell me the driver was already out with my food, then called me 5-10 minutes later asking me when I was going to come pick up my order. When I asked if I would have to still pay full price for my food and their mistake, she got rude and blamed me for the mistake, I asked to speak with a manager and after explaining what happened, the Manager said all they can do is cancel the order or I pay full price for my order that would be over an hour late from the quoted time.
