so disappointed right now, i remember the Hawaiian macaroni salad being so good, I was craving it and went and got the teriyaki steak plate to go today. so that comes as a side with it and i took a bite being so excited to taste it again and honestly it tasted so bad. i never leave reviews like this about food but i was so truly disappointed by that bite of macaroni salad i thought i would say something. not to be an annoying costumer but just so you know it tastes BADDD and you should not give that to anyone else. i don’t know if it was just a bad batch today cause trust me i get it, i’ve worked in food service. but damn please make it right before you serve it to someone else. not to mention i paid for my food with a gift card so i just feel like it was a waste to use my gift card on that. sorry y’all i just remember the food being so much better. i hope this helps.

This place used to have genuinely solid restaurants, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I went today and ordered Spam musubi and miso udon with bulgogi, a combo I have had here multiple times before. This time it was pathetic. The beef was badly overcooked, and the noodles were so soft they were nearly falling apart, turning the dish into a mushy mess. The Spam musubi was just as disappointing, buried under an excessive amount of rice, and while there was sauce, it was bland, and completely lacking the umami and flavor that makes the dish worth ordering.
I addition to that there were three other party members. We didn’t find out that they couldn’t make their dishes until after I had received my food. Whatever standards this place once had are clearly gone. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

AWFUL. Bouncers were so nice and allowed us to bring in Fat Sullys since all the food places were closed in Coati. All the staff members were understanding because we were a large group and buying drinks. A unpleasant woman named Courtney kicked us out for having said pizza and was anything but nice or accommodating. Shame such a popular place has such an unpleasant employee. Hope she seeks new employment where she doesn’t have to speak to customers! From the comments of her coworkers they feel the same way about her. :)

First time here. Enjoyed the comedy show at the Tap house. Loved the bulgogi fries.

This place is so tiny, not worth any price of admission ever. It was $22 to get in, and I had to leave shortly after. At least Cowboys, Blondes, and Mansion doesn't charge you to try out there place

In the past I loved this place the atmosphere is great for hanging out with friends or family the service is great 9/10 but the food lately is not where it’s at almost everything is closed no matter what time it is anju is good and the cream at the front but the burger place is constantly closed and I can’t eat at anju because of allergy reasons so if your looking for a diverse food and good drinks not the place as of late hopefully they fix this but it is what it is

Nothing is ever open!!! Came in at 12:30 and walked all the way back to the bar and bathrooms and saw no one at all. Wanted to eat lunch but with nothing open it was pointless. How is this place surviving? I’ve seen so many restaurants and vendors come and go. I love Anju but no one is ever there and they are always out of ingredients. This space could be really amazing but something is definitely going on……

Good hipster spot for food and drinks. Merch dealers on site as well. Also works as a live music venue.

Super disappointed in the lack of customer service. over the years the food quality and customer service has gone down the drain. The food quality is poor and expensive, and recently they sold vouchers to try and bring more people in. Wanting to support a business in my community , I bought several. Not only did not one vendor at COATI know how to redeem them (not blaming the vendors , management doesn’t seem to have notified them how to do it?!) but I’ve reached out to management several times over the course of two weeks and gotten no response. 0 stars for super poor customer service. This place will likely close due to no business and poor service. Still waiting for a response from management.

Over priced food, over priced alcohol, and the music is lame. A cool idea in concept but how are you going to be a bad restauraunt, a bad club, AND a bad bar? Please pick a struggle. They have some nerve charging $27 for a silent disco when the scene has always been lame and that night was no exception. Have been visiting this spot a few times over the course of the year and nothing has changed. Please save your time and money.
