Laura and Ren did a fantastic job helping me choice a delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee and was very polite while they did it

Laura is amazing always take great care of me her coffee and food are always above and beyond.

This place was very interesting, clean and easy to walk to. The staff was great but the atmosphere was not super welcoming with nowhere for my family to sit inside (all the tables and chairs had inexplicably been removed). Food was tasty and the service was top-notch! Shout out to Laura for really helping me solve a couple of issues with my order and make sure I get my rewards points. She’s the best and very personable.

Great spot for a quick bite to eat before work or school. No inside seating but they have a few outside spots if you have time to hang around and people watch.

Still love the bagels but very disappointed that the only seating available was outdoor. Covid is long over and that was the reason I was told it was taken away. The atmosphere is now cold and empty without even any holiday decorations! I really enjoy coffee shops that have that sit down friendly cozy vibe.

My order was wrong but I was still charged full price for food I did not receive and the food I did get was poorly made. The bagel sandwich was sloppy and the bagel tasted under baked. The second bagel I ordered was missing bacon and extra cream cheese but I paid for both. Didn't realize until I was all the way home and wasn't worth driving back to ask them to remake it. Plus they got rid of all the tables in their dining room for some reason, if they had tables and I was able to sit down and eat like I planned, I would have noticed the order was wrong and badly made and I could have asked them to remake it. Won't be coming back. Really annoyed because the order was $27. My wife's sandwich was fine so they scored a 1 out of 3 😑i used to work for Einstein when I was younger and I know it's hard when it gets busy but that doesn't mean it's okay to send out crappy, incorrect food.

This place is absurd. I don’t know why I didn’t notice before I placed my order, but there is nowhere indoors to sit to enjoy coffee and a bagel. There are no tables or chairs in the huge empty (recently looted?) dining room. When I asked one of the staff about it, he said “It’s too dangerous to have tables and chairs downtown anymore.” Lol, I’m sorry, what?
Okay, I lived very close to downtown for years, and there are plenty of bums and tweakers and people who are mentally ill. I understand the challenges businesses face dealing with that population. But there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops with furniture—all the rest, in fact. I guess one bum threw a chair when an employee got salty about them loitering (just my best guess), and now no one is allowed to sit? *This is why we can’t have nice things!!!*
The only positive to come out of our visit was now my 3-year-old will believe me when I say that I’m going to take away all the chairs if he won’t sit on his bottom.

Once you walk in, it will always look empty, but the employees are always nice and have a smile plus cream cheese in different flavors yummy 😋
