Coffee and Tea Zone

Ordered a jasmine tea with baba. It didn't taste like jasmine in the slightest, just super sweet milk and the baba was hard and left a gritty feel in my mouth. My boyfriend and I ended up tossing the drinks after one sip unfortunately.

The employee needs to learn how to provide customer service. The guy didn't even acknowledge us when we entered the facility. He seems like he hates his job and is not friendly at all.

Nasty attitude, complete distasteful when it came down to customer service lmao the place stank like spoiled milk that matched with the service they gave . Ordered 2 mediums and received 2 smalls . Don’t do better just reflect on how you showcase yourself in this little boba establishment.

So Google and their door say business hours are open at 10. It is currently about 1030 and you guys are not open. Super disappointed. It would be one thing if Google had the wrong hours posted. But your door says 10am for Everyday. Please either make sure you are actually open at 10 or change your hours on Google and your door. Thank you.

Unfortunately, this coffee shop was a major letdown. The place smelled like spoiled milk as soon as I walked in. The only coffee option was from old, over-toasted beans(dark), bitter, acidic, and oddly reminiscent of nicotine smells. Nothing tasted fresh, and the only remotely decent option was the tea. Even the boba was old and hard. Definitely not a place I’d return to if you’re looking for quality or freshness.

I absolutely love this place! They people always make my drink well and they are extremely nice and friendly!! Coffee and Tea Zone has a wonderful atmosphere in all their locations I have been to!

Amazing! Decided to try this place with my granddaughter Saturday afternoon around 12. We ordered a pistachio and a strawberry drink with boba. Im not a fan of boba but I would definitely go back to this place! The male employee working (curly brown and blonde hair), was outstanding! Though it was busy, he still found the time to welcome us in and find an interest in the customers! Amazing employee and the drinks were fantastic.

I wish I knew the fella’s name that served me this morning on 2/28. His customer service is always on point! Super friendly, filled with pleasant conversations and he remembered the butter pecan drink that I always get when coming there. He said, “Do you want the usual?” And I haven’t seen him in a month. He also reminded me about my punchcard so that he could stamp it. I truly appreciate his kindness. I have been there in the past and did not always receive the best customer service from the other fellas that worked there. So I truly appreciate this employee.

Their pastries looked good. The coffee was pretty decent. The employees were pleasant. They don't have any power outlets so they definitely don't want you to stay long with any digital devices. Weird and not comfortable furniture... but guess that's the hipster thing?

My kids and I go various places for boba. This place is one of our favorites. The drinks are delicious and the only place my son likes the matcha from (he says it’s powdery from other places). There have been a few times when the boba was a little frozen, but it hasn’t happened in awhile. The male employee with the curly hair makes consistently amazing drinks. Thank you!

Because 0 stars isn’t an option, I wasn’t greeted as I walked in, dude just turned down his music, I ordered an earl gray tea latte and a pumpkin muffin, my tea is *white* and basically just tastes like milky sweet water. When I asked for him to either remake it or give me a new tea bag, he told me he’d have to charge me again.

Definitely won’t be coming back 🤷🏼‍♀️

So I just stopped by and wanted to order small breve + small americano extra shot of espresso the total came out to 13$
I asked her why it’s 13$ she said it’s because the prices are not updated , she will talk to the manager
That’s not legal to put prices and charge something else ,
Well I checked the prices at the website and they’d are same as display she just lied
2$ for americano and 3$ for breve
Like how she counted 13$ for what?

The manager doesn’t know what’s going on at work and she didn’t even want to double check

Look online for prices before I go in.
And my total came out for almost 14$ when it was supposed to 8$ at most for a breve and Americano.

The worker said that the manager didn't update the prices. Well, the manager has no competence.

Went in and the young man with curly hair and the girl with brown hair were amazing in terms of customer service! I was having trouble deciding and they helped me find all the flavors and it could not have been a more welcoming environment. Drink was amazing as well. Shout out to the young man and woman working behind the counter!
