I've seen this place a few times, finally went in the other day and really could have missed this place and not been bothered.I'll just start with my initial impression, the decor. I'm not sure who thought red and black Checkerboard went with antiqued copper walls but hopefully they don't get any more jobs as a decorator. It's super dark and creepy inside and the furniture is all stained and gross as well. The security cameras were off putting, 10 cameras just on the front counter. I'm hoping that some just don't work not that you're so paranoid that you're blaming your employees for not having business or making money.The service was just as awful as the decor, the young man working made it quite obvious that I interrupted his movie and seemed to be put out that I wanted to order anything.The boba in both drinks was frozen and wouldn't go through the straws, the drinks just tasted sweet, no flavor.

We have been coming here for years. I have always had great service but they are severally understaffed. We waited about 40 minutes for our order. There was costumers in front but seriously!?! They need more than one person running the store. I will not be back.

I went to this location around 6:15 pm myself and my son. We just got out the movies and decided we want to go get two drinks.We walled in the shop no acknowledgment of any kind. I told the blonde curl hair white male what my son wanted. The employee was like I’m have to come around to see what your talking about. He was rude. I then began to give him my order he says hold on while he wrote on the cup. Then he said you’re getting two drinks absolutely. He was like so you want two drinks, I said yes one for my son and one for me. If you don’t like your job then don’t come in to work. I should have had him make the drinks and then walked out. Don’t go to this location around 6:15pm the customer service was a joke.

This place is filthy, the chairs you sit in to wait are so dirty, I feel like it should be nicer inside being in a nicer part of town and the taro we ordered has a powdered/chalky taste. Won't be going back.

I went to coffee and tea zone today, and I loved the drink it was one of the best there was this sever Trever i saw that was helping this kid remmy make my drink and he made it wrong l was really upset with how he was doing the drink but then trever made the drink right and it was amazing I just wanted to put that Trever is an amazing drink maker and I don't know why remmy is working there it was messed up

arrived for a coffee at 0940 thinking it was open because the sign says "Open." after 20 minutes waiting for a black coffee, I had to leave as I had plans. the young laFt apologized and when I asked why the store isn't ready, she shared that they technically are NOT open. When asked why they require her to have the Open sign on and doors open, she shared it's required. the young lady was very nice and kind. This review is not against her at all! This review is for management and the owners. think of your process and requirements... she is trying to prepare the store, yet is required to be open, take orders, etc., Hats off to her professionalism... management and owners... rethink your requirement. Left with no coffee and 25 minutes wasted.
