Formerly under the name of Inertia Coffee is now known as Corter Coffee Roasters. The signage outside will say Corter Coffee Roasters but on Yelp, you’ll find it as Inertia Coffee. As you open the door upon entering, you get a nice woof of coffee smell because they roast their own coffee here. The concept here is super cute and scientific. If you stay there, your coffee will be served out of a beaker. This was our second coffee stop in one day so this time I got an iced decaf honey lavender latte. Even though it’s decaf, it still had the strong bold flavors and reminded me of Vietnamese coffee. It was even topped with a hint of lavender color whip cream!

Fantastic coffee and cool theme! The specialty drinks are very good and the employees are are very friendly.

My travelling partner is a coffee freak and found Inertia on-line. Desperate for a good coffee after a log brunch Inertia is a great place, friendly and knowledgeable owners and staff with a great selection of drinks to have on site or take away, and a fascinating selection of beans to take home. A super place if you like good coffee.

Owners are super people and they are more than happy to tell you about their coffee, drinks and roasted. Love the Costa Rica blend, my favorite!
