Formerly under the name of Inertia Coffee is now known as Corter Coffee Roasters. The signage outside will say Corter Coffee Roasters but on Yelp, you’ll find it as Inertia Coffee. As you open the door upon entering, you get a nice woof of coffee smell because they roast their own coffee here. The concept here is super cute and scientific. My travelling partner is a coffee freak and found Inertia on-line. Desperate for a good coffee after a log brunch Inertia is a great place, friendly and knowledgeable owners and staff with a great selection of drinks to have on site or take away, and a fascinating selection of beans to take home. A super place if you like good coffee.
