This morning a gentleman who was having a difficult time ordering was treated so badly I stepped in to ask for the manager. The lady who was treating him with impatience and unreasonable rudeness said she was the manager. I asked her to PLEASE BE KIND she said it wasn’t her problem. Again I asked her to PLEASE be kind.
