Cold Stone Creamery

This is my time at Cold Stone, and Sabrina and Ashley we're extremely helpful, and allowed me to sample things before I made my choice. This is definitely the go-to place for great ice cream, and exceptional service.

Stopped by Cold Stone for a quick treat and it hit the spot. The ice cream was rich and flavorful, and the mix-ins were blended really well instead of just sitting on top. Staff were friendly, moved fast, and kept the place clean even during a busy moment.

Quality can vary a bit depending on timing, but when it’s good, it’s really good. Solid choice if you’re craving customizable ice cream and a relaxed atmosphere. Would come back again.

I ordered 2 love it size ice creams via door dash. One flavor was unavailable and cold stone cancelled that flavor (they actually cancelled the wrong flavor). They took so incredibly long to fill my initial order for 1 flavor that I placed a second order for the second flavor replacement, which showed up first. I called the store directly because the door dash driver, who did not speak English, kept texting me through the app that they were waiting on my first order. The person who answered the phone said that the door dash person left with the second order I placed, which had 2 flavors in it and the second door dash person had just walked in. She clarified which ice cream was actually available and asked what I wanted. I asked for sweet cream ice cream with chocolate chip cookie dough. She offered to send me 2 of those and I said sure. I have never seen so little cookie dough in ice cream before and have never dealt with such a cluster of service. Extremely disappointing!

The service was great! The atmosphere looked nice and clean. The ice cream was spot on!

I ordered cookie dough ice cream and it had no cookie dough in it? Of course I got it to go and didn’t find out until I was home. I’m not sure if the girl scooped the wrong one or if it just doesn’t come with it or what but felt a little disappointed. I tried to send feedback directly from the link on the site and naturally the link doesn’t work.

Ordered two Banana Carmel Crunches. Both “love it” size. One came the correct size, one was the smaller “like it” size. Called the store. Called to complain as this was the second time it happened. The response was “meh..sorry.” If you like getting cheated out of your hard earned dollars, then this is the store for you.

Currently in line and it's a pretty long line but the young lady who is by herself is truly remarkable! I can't imagine the pressure and she is handling it so well!! Someone deserves a raise!!

I heard about TikTok‘s to buy chocolate and I even ordered a candy bar. Well, when I heard that they’re doing pistachio dark Dubai chocolate ice cream cups I had to go get one. And truly, it did not disappoint, although it’s very rich, you hardly can finish, there’s not that much chocolate

The workers tonight 7/21 were absolutely amazing! It was pretty busy and they did a great job helping everyone! The people behind is in line were HORRIBLE and even with them ordering 10 toppings, demanding and no manners the girl was so sweet and did it with a smile on her face.

The Service was the worst I have seen in years… I bought $40 worth of ice cream just to find a long hair in it… i was forced to throw it away. Then after i called them and the girl on the phone acted like she didnt even work there(she knew nothing) she told me her boss was going to call me back but they never did! Don’t go there! Its the worst of the worst ice cream place ever!

This place is awesome and the servers are super positive patient and happy - highly recommended!!!

I found a long strand of hair in my birthday cake I'm so sad 😭

Customer service sucks. I called and asked if they had a cake and could set it aside. They said they had 3 and couldn set it aside. So i came in 10 minutes later and they dont even have the cake. I dont think the girl even checked.

I had a great experience at the Cold Stone Creamery on Academy in Colorado Springs. Despite the place being quite busy, the three employees working did an excellent job keeping up with the rush. They maintained their professionalism, stayed friendly, and ensured everyone was served efficiently. The ice cream was delicious as always, and I was impressed with how well the staff handled the crowd. Great job to the team!
