I just waited 15 minutes for the girl to finish making shakes for the three people in front of me to then be told that they’re having a problem with the register and can only accept cash. They let the group in front of me go without paying And I watched them have a discussion about letting those guys not have to pay because the sign wasn’t up yet, but arbitrarily decided that I had to pay in cash, even though I had been waiting just as long as the people in front of me. They announced that the registers weren’t working and they hadn’t had a chance to put a sign up yet saying it was cash only. They knew the whole time I was waiting and still decided to let me wait before making an announcement. Crappy management abounds here!This cold stone smells bad and has been going downhill for years. What a shame. I was there when they first opened and now it’s such a disappointment.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give 0. I just had the worst Cold Stone experience of my life. As a cold stone lover with over 13 years of Cold Stone experiences, my family even has stock in the company, I’m saddened. I just went and and ordered my usual, the girl who made my ice cream had blue hair and a blue attitude. She barely put any toppings and didn’t even fill up the Gotta have it to above the rim. I’m so disappointed, I’ve had good experiences with this store but the girl with blue hair needs to be fired, I’m tempted to never come back to this location the lack of effort and customer service disgusted me to my core. Please go to the Cold Stone on Cinema Pt if you want good customer service and the correct amount of ice cream you ordered

Love this place, the ice cream is sooo good. And the barristas are so good at mixing the ice cream. When you first walk in, behind the first counter, they have little things made out of Legos that are cute and keeps your mind off the short waiting time for others to get their order. And they ALWAYS overfill your cup. This is the best!

After pulling a long, dark hair out of my mouth while eating ice cream from here, I've completely lost any appetite for Cold Stone. This place should be reported to the health department, maybe I'll do just that. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Me and my wife went here after our date night and we discovered either glass or broken plastic in her ice cream and mine tasted horrible as well. The powers location is a good location but this one is absolutely horrendous. Please Please please think twice about going here and putting your health in jeopardy.

This location reeks of spoiled milk and rotten wash cloths as soon as you open the door. We have been on two different occasions and couldn't buy anything because of the smell. This place needs to be deep cleaned.
Disregarding the stench of spoiled milk. Icecream looks edible but for how you don't wash your hands I had to throw away my icecream.

While the staff did an excellent job serving us on an extremely busy day, the place needs to follow better cleaning practices such as keeping surfaces clean outside the case and the tables. Owners clearly do not care and it shows. The ice cream was however excellent as always

Filthy! The ice cream is good, but I couldn't help but think about how disgusting the store was. Filth in every crevice. Lamps hanging right over the ice cream were thick with dust and cobwebs. I don't think they've cleaned it in months, and it smells like a homeless camp inside. If the customer side of the store is this bad I'm afraid to think what kind of filth is in the places we can't see. Won't be going back.

Cold Stone isn't good. They give you way too much of ice cream for all of their sizes, and it takes away from the value... it's just kinda gross. It doesn't taste great either.. after 3-4 bites you determine its too rich and you don't want any more. May I please recommend to everyone Josh & Johns, way higher of quality for the same price. I went to this Cold Stone today, as soon as we had the product in our hands.... we basically threw it away. And went to Josh and Johns and they saved the day.
