Colorado Mountain Brewery

What an amazing place! We had a party of 22, staff was very welcoming from the moment I called to see if they could fit us in. They got the big table ready and were on top of everything. Food was absolutely amazing and drinks were great too. I can’t remember the name of our server but she was the most helpful and kind server we’ve had in a long time!

Excellent food, served hot and timely with what I feel is the best beer in the Springs. I don't know what the secret is but nobody in town has better burgers and fries. Love the Mt Cameron burger. Always done to perfection. I am also a big fan of their seasonal beer choices they come up with. Keep up the good work!

Their beers are very good! Use the COS craft and drafts passports to get discounts! Their food is alright, nothing too special. The inside of the place looks very fancy! They bread pudding was delicious!!

Do NOT get pizza. Ordered the Colorado, dough was so raw I could stretch and fold it. Spoke to the server and he said it’s a new pizza cook that messes up a few pizzas a day.. Great brewery with good beer at least. Disappointing for sure

I made a mobile order and when I got there they said 15 mins. 30 mins later I asked again, they said 15 mins again. It was busy and I understand that, but don’t lie to me. If you don’t want mobile orders, don’t take them. Also when I cancelled my order, my money was not refunded.

Food is really good! Atmosphere is really cool!

If I could give zero stars, I would BEWARE IF PAYING WITH A GIFT CARD... They only have those handheld scanners to pay… It would not swipe my gift card so I handed it to the server to do and I told him I have a cash tip for him, but he went ahead and put a $10 tip on the gift card and I did not find out until the next day. Though the receipt he handed me did not show the tip that he gave himself. And he gave himself a $10 tip off of a $33 bill. Very shady place. Not how you should treat tourists to your city.

This was my first visit to Colorado Mountain Brewery and unfortunately my first meal there was a huge disappointment. I ordered a simple BLTA, and it was one of the worst sandwiches I've been served. The tomato slice was literally the end piece of the tomato and still had part of the stem attached. The bacon was undercooked, and the bread tasted stale and old.

For the price I paid, I expected fresh ingredients and much better quality. Instead, I received a meal that I couldn't even finish. First impressions matter, and this experience did not encourage me to return. I left feeling like I wasted my money.

My only complaint is that the beer of the month for june is so delicious that id like to have it year round! The food was great, service was fantastic, and the patio vibes at sunset were glorious! Im ashamed at how many times I drove right past this spot without stopping!

We came through on a road trip and found this place to be fantastic! Our server was very attentive and added to the experience. Food was fantastic and we split a couple of desserts that we also enjoyed. If we’re back in town we will return for sure!
