Colorado Springs Pies and Grinders

My family and I absolutely love this place! It’s just outside our neighborhood, super convenient when we’re unprepared or having guests. The menu isn’t just pizza — everything we’ve tried is delicious. Staff are always friendly, pick-ups are smooth, and orders are right on time. Prices match similar places around here (and yes, I think everything’s expensive but that’s just me). Highly recommend!

Weird how inconsistent this place is. Ordered a pizza there and it was amazing. Aranchini balls and fried raviolis are great. Ordered another pizza and it was absolutely disgusting and dripping with grease. Ordered another time hoping it would be good like the first one. Nope, terrible. Figured I’d give them one last try with a Stromboli and now I’m sitting here with my stomach in knots from how greasy it was. Such a shame because I know yall can make good pizza but lately it’s been pretty bad.

Pick up times inaccurate, pizza always on point.

Depending where you live, it’s advisable not to leave your house until the purported pick up time. This ~10 minute error should never deter you from what is a unique and exceptional pizza in a city full of third-rate chains. Definitely in the top three best pizzas in Colorado Springs.

Workers have a great sense of humor and are awesome and the pizza is always made fresh and delicious

This is the pizza shop you take the kids after practice to get rowdy. Amazing flavor, perfect seasoning and texture. The sauce is just sweet enough to cut through the acidity from the tomatoes and still savory enough to want to cram more in pie hole. The cheese to sauce ratio is sublime. I prefer thin crust (pan pizza is a bit doughey for me), and pie very well done. The proper pizza spot. Will continue to spend my hard earned money here.
