This was our very first time visiting Rib & Chop, and Father’s Day felt like the perfect occasion to surprise my dad with finally getting to try it after mentioning it for some time. Unfortunately, while parts of our experience were great, several issues made it less than ideal. ⭐️ The Highlights: First and foremost, our server Max was absolutely SUPERB—kind, attentive, quick, and knowledgeable. The hostess (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) was also wonderful—gracious, helpful, and quick to step in when needed. Their service was ABOVE AND BEYOND was definitely a bright spot of our visit! ⸻ 🚫 The Not-So-Great: Spilling Incident: Another server (a woman with a low bun and a neck tattoo) brought out our appetizers. While handing a plate to my dad, she accidentally knocked over his beer, which spilled all over my mom and caused quite a scene as my mom yelped from how cold the drink was and drenched she became in it. I understand trying to joke about it to lighten the mood even though my mom was clearly upset, uncomfortable, and soaking wet, but the server had the AUDACITY to BLAME IT ALL ON MY DAD! And NOT ONCE DID SHE APOLOGIZE!! THAT was what upset us the most and made this experience unsettling. Max, even though he wasn’t involved and likely didn’t witness the spill, rushed over immediately, apologized profusely, and helped clean up. His professionalism surpassed that of the other server. Mistakes happen—but failing to take responsibility in a service role is disappointing. We seriously considered boxing up our meals and leaving, but my mom encouraged us to stay. Manager Ryan came by while I was in the restroom and apparently apologized and offered to cover the cost of my mom’s dry cleaning. ⸻ Bathroom Issue: While my mom was in the restroom for over 20 minutes trying to clean herself up, I also needed to use the restroom—only to find no toilet paper in either stall. I asked two separate staff members over the course of 10–15 minutes, but no one responded quickly. Finally, the hostess walked by while asking the final employee, and she immediately turned around to handle it herself. She apologized sincerely, and I truly appreciated her urgency and kindness. ⸻ 🍽 Food Feedback: • Steak: I requested medium, but it was served well done and tough. Thankfully, Max noticed and had it remade right away. The second steak was fantastic—juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly. • Rice: Both of my parents ordered the wild rice, but it tasted burnt, like it came from the bottom of the pot… • Appetizers: We tried the Bang’n Salmon and the crab-stuffed mushrooms—both were flavorful and well-seasoned. • Entrees at the table included: • Surf & Turf • Turf & Turf with ribs • Chicken Broccoli Alfredo • Brown Sugar Salmon We also decided to try the carrot soufflé, which is now my dad’s new favorite dish. ⸻ 👏 Final Impressions: At the end of our meal, another manager, Chase, stopped by to speak with us. Despite being new to management, he handled the conversation with poise, professionalism, and genuine care. He informed us that our entire bill had been taken care of, which we were deeply grateful for. ⸻ Overall: While the drink spill incident cast a shadow over our visit, Max, the hostess, and both managers genuinely did their best to turn things around. Some food items were a hit, others missed the mark. I’m not sure the rest of my family will be back anytime soon, but if Max is working, I might give Rib & Chop another try.

This place is like a book.
Don't judge it by its cover.
It looks nice, and that is it.
The food is ok.
The service is terrible.
Two weeks ago, I was served rotten tomatoes on my salad.
The manager came to the table and told us she would have the kitchen stop using the tomatoes.
Last night, November 12, I ordered the salmon with wild rice and broccoli.
The other people at my table ordered the same.
Their salmon came out with the sides.
My salmon came out with no rice and no broccoli.
The waitress said the sides would be right out.
Twenty minutes later, the waitress reappears with another tables food.
I stopped her and told her this was unacceptable and I wanted my food and a manager.
My food came out, and a few minutes later, the manager appeared.
The manager said I heard there was a problem with your rice and broccoli.
I said yes, it came out 20 minutes after my salmon and 15 minutes after I finished my salmon.
This is unacceptable, and you just comped my meal.
The manager said ok and walked away.
I am really tired of the continued poor service and would not come here if not for the coach's show.
Do better.

The food was awful I asked for baby ribs they were old, green and so tough I couldn’t even eat them. They are so pricey for the quality of the food. The steak was good.. at least the only thing that was hot and recently done. Bad experience do not recommend. I have never been more uncomfortable in my life.

We usually have a great experience here. Not recently. Went there for the wife's birthday celebration and were very disappointed. Should have known when we waited a long time just to get seated at 430 pm when the place was pretty empty. The waitress (Cammy with a "C") was a little surprised to be our waitress in the bar area and I think they were a little shorthanded. Seems like we had long waits for everything, drinks, food etc. When the drinks did come the beer was flat and the other was wrong. Entrees came and I was served a burger and fries with no condiments. I waited for them for so long the food was cold by then. Wife ordered the special that was displayed in the entry. Cammy said she thought that special was a couple days old but would get the manager to honor the same price. Later when I checked the receipt she charged us full price. So, all in all three strikes and you're out. Won't be back. Happy birthday hon!

First time trying this place. We should’ve known when we walked in and it was dead as a door nail and it’s the weekend . Cold bland atmosphere. Was seated at a broken table. We moved ourselves. Flat soda right off the bat. Waitress, Susan, was nice but very unsure and unconfident in the menu. We were ready to order so when she FINALLY came back she told us, “ sorry for the delay. The bread is still frozen and I was trying to get it thawed out.” We ordered and it took a while for our Caesar salad to come out. But when it did…. ? it was dry af as far as the dressing goes, old wilted lettuce and had an odd taste. We took a few bites and waited for our waitress so we could let her know. She took too damn long. The bread never came out . We left. For the price we were expecting great service and even better food. We won’t be back. The first Caesar salad picture is theirs and the second one is from longhorn steakhouse where we went right afterwards. Their Caesar salad was crisp, well-dressed and tasted as it should.

Three were two waiters, one other table with 3 people and our table that consisted of two people. We waited for over 20 minutes for anyone to come to our table. After we placed our order, we got the food and my hamburger wasn't even closed to what I asked for. My boyfriend had salmon that had been sitting out for who knows how long. We had to get the waiters attention to get utensils, refills on drinks and the check. We were loyal customers, but not anymore.

Carolyn was absolutely amazing. She went ABOVE and beyond. Bartenders were EXTREMELY SNOBBY and seemed typical snobby bartender bs I am a server I know but Carolyn girl you are a rare gem keep up the good work. The industry needs people like you
Haven't even gotten my food yet, but the staff was so exceptionally friendly I kinda don't care if they mess up my burger.

Went for dinner with my family, my dad had been dying to go in for the crab leg special. Everything was good till the main entrees came out, my Alfredo was burnt and taste terrible. My dad's crab legs were ice cold leg they didn't even cook them at all. Management came over and had be order a new meal and got him new crab legs. New meal was good, but cost more than my original meal. We got no apologies from the manager or any check back. Our server was amazing and kept apologizing. Not in her at all, the manager seems like she could careless. We loved coming here but don't know that we will anytime soon after this experience.

Just got a pick up order for 7pm amd my food was cold on my kids slider meal we got 10 fries and 2 burgers lol my ceaser steak salad soaked in dressing ordered the street ribs and they have 0 sauce when I asked for extra sauce in total I spent $86 for trash food and horrible service

My husband and I used to order from here at least once a month. We were always pleased until a few months ago. For the price of the food, the presentation on to go orders is awful. I get the steak Caesar salad which used to be packed with my meat in one container and the veggies (romaine lettuce) in another. The dressing was placed on the side. Tonight, I received a sloppy, soggy salad with wilted iceberg lettuce, overdressed with dressing, with cold steak. My kids got meals with fries, my sons meal came with a total of 12 fries and cold burger. I will not ever spend my money at this restaurant again.
