Lauren was fantastic. Super attentive and fun. I got the cookie espresso and needed a second drink quick, it was so good! This was our first time here and i will definitely be back. Double luck for coming in for the double lobster tail special!

Whenever we visit my brother in Colorado Springs, we always try to make a point to eat at the Chop house. We have never had a bad experience. The waitstaff is very accommodating for our older family members, they are very attentive and the food is always delicious. The variety of different cuts of meat is amazing. We each ordered a different cut at different temps and all were cooked perfectly.

Jessica the waitress gave us amazing recommendations and service! She was so kind and came over to check on us and see if we needed anything just the right amount of time! The establishment was clean and food was great! I hope I have her when I come back!

I loved all my food. Also how it was presented was a site to seee I order the salmon it was on fire on a wooden plank and it came with some delicious brown rice and broccoli with the sauté sweet potatoes THEY was soooo delicious 100 out of 100 and my AMAZING Server LAUREN WAS SOOOO AMAZING HER SEVICE WAS BEAUTIFUL FULL OF JOY and LIFE I LOVED HER ENERGY AND HER VIBE SHE HAD ME GEEKED AND HAPPY THE WHOLE TIME I WAS HERE MIND YOU THIS MY VERY FIRST TIME EVERY COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT HER SERVICE WAS AMAZING AND SO WELCOMING I FELT RIGHT AT HOME I LOVE HER SHE IS THE BEST GOOOO HEAD LAUREN

So I don’t normally do reviews on anything but my experience this evening blew me away.

The food was delicious as always but I had an issue with my side dish.
I casually brought it to the waiter’s attention and he said he would let the kitchen staff know and I thought that was the end of it… I would have been perfectly fine with that if that was the case as well because it was only a minor inconvenience.

Our waiter and the manager both came out to apologize about the issue, offered another side which I declined because I was already full but they also went way above and beyond to rectify the minor issue.
This place is absolutely amazing and I recommend that everyone tries it at least once. The food is great and the service is second to none.

I have gone to Colorado Rib & Chop House on so many occasions and have never been disappointed-I especially like to go during lunch as you can actually have a conversation and the executive lunch is a great deal!

Excellent food, excellent service! I got the steak and ribs and they came out hot and deliicious! Tim was also very nice and helpful when he came by to check how everything was. This was a great spot to bring the family for dinner as we will be back soon!

This was my third time eating at this restaurant and the food never disappoints! Shelby was our server and did an excellent job! We didn’t wait long for our food to arrive, everything was hot and tasted delicious and our drinks were on point! We will be coming back for date night in the near future and having our second family reunion dinner here. We did that and had a room in the back to ourselves two years ago and I should have written a review then, but didn’t for some reason. I can’t remember the name of our server at that time, but she was excellent and I believe she was pretty far along pregnant. They have some pretty good service and the food is amazing!
