I come here often and always order an Old Fashioned — it’s my go-to drink. It’s disappointing that a place known for serving quality scotch and classic cocktails served it with crushed ice, like I’m at a cheap bar. When I brought it up, the waiter simply said, “If you want, I can transfer it,” which just added to the letdown.

I would vote six stars if I could!! This is a great find and I highly recommend a stop! The staff was fun and friendly. There is a great vibe here with eclectic decor and beautiful chandeliers. It was giving Adams family. They've got great comfortable furniture in cozy settings to accommodate either a couple on a date night or a group of friends. They have 6 fire pits out front. We got on a wait list for fire pit seating which only took about 10 minutes. They do allow cigar smoking on the patio. They had some super fun and delicious cocktails and a wonderful assorted dessert plate! My photos do not do this justice to the stunning interior. Stop in and see for yourself!!

This is my favorite bar in Springs; the dark and moody vibe combined with good music, firepits outside, and swanky furniture makes this my favorite for girls nights out or catching up with a friend. They have a great selection of mocktails and cocktails; as well as great snacking food - my favorite is the charcuterie board. They have great deals during their happy hour as well.

Insannnneee pretzel 🥨🫕 Brie cheese fondue went crazy. Pretzel was the perfect texture on the outside and pillowy on the inside. 10/10 adding Cork & Cask to my saved destination list for CO. Drinks are fire too 👌🏼

Just an update on my original review a few years back -- Cork and Cask is still, hands down, the best bar in town. A huge selection of spirits and wines, several options for food, incredible atmosphere, great and friendly staff, and an owner that's always a pleasure to converse with. Highly, highly recommended!
