Cork & Cask has the most sprawling whiskey selection I’ve seen in Colorado Springs; perhaps anywhere?Props to Alyssa for her impressive wine and whiskey knowledge, and for patiently answering my stupid questions.My only complaint is that the giant TV is out of place and extremely distracting at a place with such phenomenal design and decor.

I went to this place two nights ago with a friend, and we had a great time. The bartender was so cute and sweet! I had a cocktail called “Roses for Me,” which was the best I've ever had. They were swamped, but the service was still so fast and attentive! I loved this place!

My husband and I love this place. We recently did a stay-cation in Colorado Springs, and we would go here every evening after dinner, for a drink and a snack or dessert. The decor made me want to redecorate my office into a reading room. The service is always amazing. Oh, and the pretzel is SO good, you won't want to miss it.

I spent my evenings visiting various lounges while I was visiting COS and this is one of several I landed on. I was pleasantly surprised with the expansive list of whiskey I was handed which could make for a very dangerous place for me to be if I actually lived locally still. I was however disappointed when I selected not 1, but THREE, different bourbons that were listed on the menu only to be told each subsequent one was unavailable. Not necessarily the end of the world, but a slight nuisance since I was still able to find something else I liked. However I then ordered a food item from the menu only to be informed that that item had actually been removed and it was replaced with some atrocious sounding pickled item that hadn't been listed.I feel like it's really important to keep menus updated at the bare minimum with food changes given that it's only a single page of about 12 items. I understand the whiskey list not being updated when things are in and out of stock given how extensive the list is.I'd definitely consider giving this place another go though as the old fashioned was made properly and the bartender was more or less friendly. The overall vibe of the place was great as well.

I love this place. I go mainly for the atmosphere. The outdoor fire pits with s’mores are my favs. But I love the indoor seating & decor. The can go without the tall tables and chairs IMO, they’re just not practical, tables are too wobbly, chairs are uncomfortable, and there is absolutely no table space for more than 1.5 people. That being said, I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with an amazing atmosphere, good drinks, and great staff.

Came here for the outdoor seating by the fire pits and stayed because of the amazing liquor selection and service! The ambiance is amazing and being a big cigar and whiskey guy this is one of my favorite places in CO Springs.

Awesome happy hour spot! Loved the colorful interior. Drinks were great and priced well. The charcuterie board was amazing! I especially loved the burrata. The hummus was also great. i highly recommend.
