All the Costco produced bakery products are great. We often buy their cookies, we have bought their cakes, pies, etc for times when friends or family are stopping by. We have custom ordered their sheet cake, it is very good and quite affordable. I could go on, but try their products, you won't be disappointed.

I have been a member of Costco for years and spend probably $5-6k a year. Unfortunately the membership staff mislead me on a membership upgrade. When trying to figure it out; I realized the lady I was working with had no power to do so and seemed to be making things up to keep me in the Executive membership. I asked to speak to some one above her because it seemed to be a simple solution. The "manager" i spoke with did not leave her post or even look up from her computer to talk to me. Just told me there was nothing they were willing to do. I did not end up renewing my membership. Which is unfortunate as I shop there twice a month and have overall enjoyed my experience. I'm sure if the staff and management had been more helpful I would have continued another year of membership. Hoping this can get resolved.

I recently purchased 4 tires for my vehicle, yesterday I noticed I had a puncture tire. I tried going to get it repaired cause I was losing air fast. I was turned away because it was 8pm and they closed at 8:30. As I kept losing air I had to use a fix a flat and added air. The next day Costco told me my warranty was void because I used Fix-a-flat to repair and I had to purchase a new tire. If someone is have car trouble, and apparently it’s too late to help, what should a driver do? I guess that’s a bit of a scam. I like Costco, but the tire people are not the most friendly and seem to just trying to push product. The contract shows in the fine print that you should avoid it when possible, but not that it was going to void the warranty, as I was told. I reached out to a few other tire stores because I was curious, and I was told that the tire technician just didn’t want to scrub the fix a flat, but who knows…

The store fills up with pretentious me first people for most of the day except close to closing. I made the mistake of going when it opened, never again! The staff is excellent and the selection is great too. Being a short person, I’m 5’2”, makes it difficult to navigate the store because the stacks of products are so high I can’t see much but what’s in front of me. I’m considering using a bike flag so my family can find me while we are shopping. If the products and employees weren’t so amazing I’d turn in my Costco card and never renew it. Please keep up the good parts. It’s too bad the shoppers weren’t as great as the staff.

I ordered an oven and microwave recently. The oven was delivered a couple of weeks ago and was unboxed and installed. My microwave arrived today. I instructed the delivery team where it would be installed. They advised their delivery order did not say to install the microwave. While inconvenient, I figured a quick call to Costco customer service would remedy the situation. I was wrong. The Costco rep advised that despite my order stating it included installation, it did not. Part of the reason I ordered from Costco was for the installation. Im very disappointed and feel I was lied to when placing my order.

In the midst of this pandemic, Costco has taken the opportunity to rise above all the chaos and instill order again and they did it with the quickness! My husband and I shop Costco every payday since 1998 and with good reason. Last payday everything was an uncertain mess! In between paydays shopping is done at Walmart for small odds and ends. The last two weeks up until yesterday at Walmart was straight Armageddon! People wrapped around the store waiting in line for one four
