Costco changed their process for picking up your food and it’s absolutely horrible. Before, you would order food and they would call out your number when it’s ready.. no big deal.
Now, you have to wait in a super long line to pick up your food order. It’s completely unnecessary and causes a ton of confusion.
I’m no longer buying any food at the food court because of this.. but maybe this is Costco’s intent.

I called ahead at 6 and was told it would not be ready until 715. Got there at 715 and proceeded to wait until 750 to get my pne pepperoni pizza. Here are a couple examples of things I’d rather do with those two hours I spent waiting on a pizza, watching paint dry, get a colonoscopy, sit in I-25 traffic in a construction zone during ren fair season, and last but not least walk down colfax at 3am.

Fast and easy. They only call numbers for full sized pizzas. Remember to either get in the line or go up to the counter with your ticket.

Service is fast and lacking of human interaction. Pizza is tasty but always has too much grease on it...doesn't stop me from ordering it. Giant cookie is good, but a tad on the crispy side. Hot dog is a good value and tasty. Chicken ceasar salad is massive and tasty. The chicken bake is a meal for 2 easily, its like a big hot pocket.
