Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I didn't have a meal this time when I went to cracker barrel today. This time I was there to shop. I love finding unique seasonal items there that you don't see anywhere else. I found 3 Christmas gifts and 4 perfect birthday cards. A very successful trip. The food is great, also !

This establishment is so warm and cozy. Comfort food is what is served. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We frequent this restaurant at least twice a month.

It was slow and the sever was trying to hard

We stopped at the Colorado Springs store on our way back to NM. We usually stop at Pueblo. The food delivery was very slow and by the time we got our food, it was cold. We didn't have time to send the food back because me husband is a diabetic and his sugar was dropping. We will not stop there again.

Service was great. Seated quickly. Food service was fast. Pot Roast was very flavorful and the Mommas Breakfast hit the spot.

The food was surprisingly good. We have dined at cracker Barrel frequently. Breakfast dish has improved significantly.. Service was a bust...it took almost 20 minutes to take our order and deliver drinks - and an hour to finish an pay. No apologies from the staff.

The scrambled eggs were flat and warm. Bacon okay but unevenly cooked. Fired apples looked like they had been sitting for at least a day with the sauce a dark brown color.

About once a year I give Cracker Barrel a try thinking it can't be as bad as the last time. I think this trip cured me for good.

Server Kate was awesome. Went above and beyond. Definitely top notch. Food was typical comfort food. Salad was remarkable. Huge and colorful. Typical Cracker Barrel. Some of the wall hanging decorations needed better attention - cleaning the glass, dusting. Also, replace some of the peg games on the tables. Old pegs have broken off and are stuck inside, so you cannot play.
