Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

If there's a Comfort Food Restaurant in Heaven, Cracker Barrel's Chicken 'n' Dumplins will be on the menu.

Always great service and good food.

Great server but kitchen had some mix ups. Disappointed in quality of hash browns casserole but everything else was delicious.

Not what cracker barrel once was , very disappointed and recommend going to Dennys . The service was great but the food was not worth the money

We always enjoy going to Cracker Barrel from the atmosphere to the service and of course the food. This time the hash brown casserole was not the casserole of old. They were just plain hash browns. They forgot the onions, cheese, sour cream, chicken soup and pepper what a disappointment, and I ordered double sides of it. I will return as always but will not order hashbrown casserole for a while, looks like carrots is next (which is delicious as well).

I wanted to give a shout out to Becca the manager in the store part. I came in looking for a specific item I had seen on social media. She graciously looked for it in the store, then went back in the store room. She showed me a picture online to make sure it was the item I was looking for. She had the cashier take my name and number and assured me she would keep any eye out for it. As a retired customer service rep, I greatly appreciated he warmth and kindness. She is an asset to Cracker Barrell!

few months ago, we had meal at this restaurant. I wasn't satisfied my ordered due to pricing meal is not reflecting in the store price compare to online price. So I called the corporate manager, to my surprised, they sent me a complimentary meal and today, I used for a meal. Thank you and appreciate it. The food was great as always.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Not only was our food delicious and quick but our service was fast and amazing as well! Taccoa was the sweetest server and was on top of taking care of our table in a timely fashion! He’d service alone cheered me up as I was having a rough day hence the dinner out!

All of the lunches were not served together. Waited 20 minutes for 10 home fries to accompany my chicken tenders. Waitress did not refill my water once. Not a good experience. Will not return.

I would pass on the meatloaf and chicken and dumpling's. Meatloaf was cool, dumplins were mushy and also cool. We like the store, but ill be more careful on what I order next time. Bathrooms were also not as clean as you would hope.

Usually things go better than this evening. Our server was probably trying to take care of too many tables, but she kept forgetting to bring us bread, so we had none until after we had finished eating. She also said fresh bread was cooking, but we saw other servers bringing out bread to other customers. We also had to request refills on drinks a coule of times. Other than that, things were okay.
