Overcook two of our 6 meals on a very slow night. Refired another dish that they got wrong after confirming with the server that it wasn't a problem. Server then became overzealous with trying to make up for the constant problems which made it very awkward. Made no attempt to correct the situation or adjust the bill. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat in the Springs

The roast beef was not as tender as a appetized had to send it back substituted with the meatloaf which was excellent great service from the service lady waitress highly recommended place otherwise

Food was over cooked. Server, Brian, took our order and we did not see him again until he gave us the check and ran. It was a slow night with lots of employees. Brian had two tables and could not be bothered to assist us or see if we needed anything. What's scary is he was training someone else.Parking: GPS takes you to the far end of the parking lot. But there are plenty of spots and a good side lot closer to the resturante.

We really like CB and eat here regularly. It is usually pretty good but today I left very disappointed. I ordered my usual - the grilled chicken tenders, which are normally excellent but today they were so unbelievably small and scrawny that I thought I was being pranked. I brought it to the waiter's attention and he just said "Yeah, sorry about that". I showed the pictures to the lady at the checkout and she said "Wow, you should have sent those back" but it was obviously too late by then. I'm hoping this was just an anomaly because I certainly did NOT get my money's worth.

Just strange to not be greeted and the host and hostess clearly dating grabbing on each other . Have been a bunch before and no issues but today On not even a busy day to hardly see your server to get a refill . Strange seems we have better service when it’s busy then any other time
