As always there is nothing wrong with the cookies, they are always amazing!My problem is when I came into the store and there was clearly a management problem! I came in with my family and there was a little bit of a line, no problem. We got to the counter and asked if we could have a minute to decide among the family and the girl at the counter was friendly and let us know to ask if we had any questions. She bent down to do something behind the register, and, I assume the manager just starts berating her in front of everyone in the store (our family and others included) about things that clearly should have been said in a private conversation, and did NOT need to happen at that time. Talk about a power trip! I think her name tag said Clarissa. If this is how stores are managed, I feel bad for the employees. Some training definitely needs to happen! I don't know how the girl at the counter was able to get up and continue with a smile as though nothing happened, but she did so with speed and we were on our way.
