Good heavens, what buttery bliss was this! When the butter burger first hit my taste buds, a deluge of butter flooded deep into my senses. *sighs* there’s truly no burger like a Culver’s burger, this I have learned through my extensive travels… the one folly that I hold is that there seems to be no way to have a truly ‘frozen’ custard if delivered through the uber eats fashion. Ice pack?
EDIT: I hereby redact my previous statement. Boy oh boy was I wrong about this custard, because it was truly “frozen”. The driver was attentive with a lovely freezer that housed my creamy treat. If I could take a swim through milk and cream, I would. Or, I’d just eat Culver’s. Either is good.

It might have been a fluke…. but I just got home and started getting into my ice cream… I ordered a large Reeses concrete mixer and it’s basically just vanilla ice cream. There is such a small amount of any pb or chocolate, it’s basically nonexistent.

Food was good staff was extremely unpleasant got our order wrong then argued when I went up to get the tomatoes they missed but still charged me for on top of that water cups are 3$ for water yes for water that’s 50 cents less than adding a soda fountain drink and fries to a sandwich every interaction with staff was unpleasant everyone here seems like they hate their jobs

Incomplete orders and lacking in the customer service department. Don’t expect to get your complete order here if you’re getting your order brought out to your vehicle at “curdside pickup”. Called back about the missing item and was put on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and tried calling back but the store did not pick up my calls anymore. Finally got through only to be told I need to come back in person for a refund or I can get a code for a sandwich to replace the missing one.
On 2025/12/20 my sister and I just wanted to get something for dinner after shopping. And by far the worst experience i’ve had. As soon as I went to order the person who took my order made it seem like it such an inconvenience for her to take our order. Her name was “Regl” I don’t even know if that’s her actual name but she shouldn’t be working the front if she’s going to have an attitude. I was nothing but nice to her and then she asks for my name for the order I told her it’s Izzy but instead puts “liz”. Like I spelt out my name to you and I’m just convinced you got my name wrong on purpose. Definitely won’t be coming back when I have to put up with this type of attitude just to eat out with my sister. Also I’m serving in the military and military discount is only 24 cents kinda ridiculous. Also the person took my order automatically rounded up to charity on my check, they didn’t ask if I wanted to round up just did it automatically. So thanks for taking money out of my pocket without me knowing

The food is good. The employees working the front counter were standing talking in a group, and made it feel like you were bothering them when you went up to order. However the guy delivering food was courteous. The dinning area and soda area was surprisingly messy for 2pm and it being so quiet. I’d expect the tables at least to be clean with all the extra staff standing around.
