HELLO, MIDWESTERN NATIVE HERE! The cheese curds are a little squeaky at this location, that’s a win for me (only real midwesterners know)! The chicken tenders are also good asf and tender. I’m not sure why this place is rated so low.

Just had my first Culver's experience and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, but the service truly stood out. *Elijah*, the cashier, was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with politeness and a great attitude. He made my visit truly enjoyable

Food takes a while since it's made fresh, and it comes out delicious every time. I'm glad they switched to Coke, but their root beer is so good it doesn't matter.

Moved here a little over a year ago and my family and I LOVE Culver’s.
However, the New Center Point/Tutt Drive location (which is our closest location) has consistently 99.9% of the time messed up our orders. For the most part we usually order ice creams and somehow they get the ice cream orders wrong from size, to flavor base, to quantity, and toppings. Additionally the wait for 4 ice creams can be 30-45mins long both in the restaurant and drive thru. It baffles me how this is the only location that has poor service and listening skills.
I usually just let it go cause I hate to be that kind of person, but it’s getting old. Please pay more attention to detail.
All other COS locations have been great thus far!
Also decided to post my review since the receipt has a survey on the back but when you scan the QR you need a code and the receipt does not have the code therefore unable to leave a survey-authorization # is not the code

Th total experience was horrible. The main problem is that’s its kids running the place. There was a group of kids that were supposed to be working but were congregating in the dining area. There were few hard workers like Christian aka Chris who was really amazing but the rest of the experience sucked. I asked to speak with the manager and he/she never came out. My burger came out wrong and I had to keep going up the counter to see if it was done. I asked for new fries since the fries I originally received were lukewarm and were going to be cold by the time I received my new burger. The burger came out with no fries and it was just thrown together. I went up to the counter one last time and finally received hot but not all the way cooked fries. By the end of it I was fed up and I walked up one of the teenagers and said “tell your manager I got tired of waiting for them and I’m leaving but I won’t be back! If I could give them zero stars I would.
I arrived on a really busy day and needed some help with my order. The manager of the day was really good at quickly resolving everything in a kind and professional way. Thank you so much for such excellent leadership with kind, yet speedy service. 🌼

Food here is awesome and clean, compared to all the other fast food national places. I've only tried the Butter burger w/cheese of course, but it is the same every time.....in Wisconsin where I just discovered them and now here in CO. Best burger in drive thru i can find. Now I won't wait for hours in line at In n Out, which I really like--and hope is cleaner compared to other fast food joints, but over the "wow" of having one in CO. If you have to do fast food, this place is great and maybe a good sneaky find.
