They gave me undercooked butterfly shrimp. I told someone at the counter that the shrimp color looked weird and she told that it was fine because they always looked like that. I should’ve trusted my gut because I ate it and then got food poisoning. How is this place still open?

My wife orders a Culver's bacon deluxe and it has no bacon. The box says it is this is disappointing. But you guys still have a better burger than In-N-Out. I would like bacon.

Fantastic service! Viktoria the manager is amazing! I used uber eats tonight to get two burgers and family fry delivered cause I was tired. But when my food was delivered a burger was missing. I called them to see if anything could be done and they told me to come in with my recipt and they'd replace the burger. I go in and meet Viktoria the manager and she sets me up to replace my burger, but she did more than that! She replaced the whole order so that I could have hot food! That meant so much to me after a long day and only reinforces why Culver's is my favorite fast food. Also the food was and always is great!

Our soon is gluten free and this place is a God send! The first time my wife went with him he was real nervous and they gave him some free meal vouchers and went out of their way to make him feel better. This place really is incredible.

Every Culver’s in the Springs never gets our order correct. Last night was no different. Over salty fries is gross. People can add salt but you can’t take it off. One of the biggest reasons we will NEVER return is the fact they don’t give you ketchup, nor do they ask if you need it. A customer should not have to ask for ketchup when they ordered burgers & fries. If you’re trying to save money on ketchup, train your employees to ask if they need it & to actually put it in the bag. When I went back to the drive through window to ask for some, your employees were rude. Maybe why you were so slow on a saturday night?

My fries on this trip were also both cold AND undercooked.
The lobby is consistently gross and dirty, and condiments are rarely stocked.
