The foods amazing, but the person taking the order at the drive-through needs to check their attitude. Your rudness single handedly made me change my mind about eating at your establishment.

I only eat the custard here. I think they changed the recipe ?. It doesn't taste as good as it used to.

Friendly people serving up delicious presentable food.

The service was ok, food was fresh but plain and the restaurant was somewhat clean in the dining area. Not impressed with the burgers or French Fries. Definitely need to give it a little more seasoning or something and hire kids that can handle rushes.??‍♀️

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile app order. When I called they made excuses. App and texts said nothing about any special areas to park for mobile order.

I used to live by this Culver's for a long time and have been there a lot over the years. I would always get the list of coupons in the mail, and slowly watched the "buy one double deluxe butter burger get one free" coupon slowly go from $5 to $8.The problem with this place is they have so much turnover you get such varying levels of quality in the food. I've been to Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, etc. and have gone back in several months or years and have seen some of the same staff. With Culver's, I never recognize anybody.I've been here when the food is really good and really bad, and the last few times I've gone the food has been average or below. If you're looking for a solid burger, I would recommend In-N-Out or Five Guys.

Went to get my 4 year old son a burger and fries (his favorite ?) after soccer. Went through the drive-thru and ordered his meal.Cheeseburger with only ketchup and no bun -- fries -- a water. Simple. The service was rushed and definitely not friendly. The guy at the window was extremely impatient, constantly saying "excuse me" because I didn't turn back to him fast enough...long story (I tried to make) short; we got home, and I opened his burger box to see a burger patty on top of this: Pictured below.I'm definitely not impressed.

I love Culver's. I think that anyone that goes to the same one I do will continue to go although a what a burger and an in & out have opened nearby. I have never been to either one and have no desire to try them. Culver's is great!
