“This is the friendliest DQ we have ever visited. We were skeptical at first because of its location but upon entering we were greeted and helped immediately and while waiting we were kept updated on the status of our order from the staff. Good job to whomever trained this team!“
“The best service I've ever seen from any fast food establishment. Ordered a couple frozen desserts and was concerned they'd melt by the time I got home. The cashier, Autumn, worked really hard to make sure they didn't. She took it in the back and either the Asst Manager or the Manager (her name escapes me unfortunately) went above and beyond to pack my cooler bag with ice to make sure they made it home frozen for my family. It really was extraordinary they cared so much about a couple of items. I can't imagine any other place putting that much care into helping a customer. Thank you DQ staff. You were truly exceptional!“
