I went to Dairy Queen for one reason today, to get a Thin Mint blizzard. I know this location made it last year. This year was told, "they don't participate in that promotion." Seriously who doesn't like Thin Mints! Then the manager tried to tell me that mint and some kind of chocolate would be the same thing...WRONG!!! If you have had Thin Mints, you know that nothing can be like them. The manager didn't like me cutting him off saying, "it's not the same taste" and then he got attitude about it as I left. Seriously manager you should be careful who are rude too, especially when it's customers who live right by your store.

I ordered a $5.99 deluxe, single with cheese and onion rings. After I got down the road, I found a plain cheeseburger and my onion rings were dark brown, over fried, and cold. Not my idea of a $10 meal. Normally, I really like DQ but not this time !

The manager (or supervisor or maybe owner? think his name was Bryan?) was awesome, seemed genuinely happy to be there, had great rapport with his staff and customers, and all the other staff were really nice and stayed busy. Spicy chicken strip sandwich was great, fried were so much better than most fast food places.
