As a doordash delivery driver I was ignored even though the order was ready
my feelings are hurt dq, i ordered a royal rocky road with extra marshmallow. all i got was a reese’s blizzard. im now left crying and with a blizzard i dont even like. why would you do this to me…:(
Just wondering why these portions are not even to the edge of the cones anymore? This was two small dipped cones, the total was $8.17!!! $4 a cone and 4 bites later:( not what it used to be.

I didn't go in but from the parking lot it looked nice.
They have no actual food but hotdogs and pretzels, but they do have chocolate ice cream and the other locations don't.

The best service I've ever seen from any fast food establishment. Ordered a couple frozen desserts and was concerned they'd melt by the time I got home. The cashier, Autumn, worked really hard to make sure they didn't. She took it in the back and either the Asst Manager or the Manager (her name escapes me unfortunately) went above and beyond to pack my cooler bag with ice to make sure they made it home frozen for my family. It really was extraordinary they cared so much about a couple of items. I can't imagine any other place putting that much care into helping a customer. Thank you DQ staff. You were truly exceptional!
