I went for an ice cream cake and they have so many options to pick from!

The best service I've ever seen from any fast food establishment. Ordered a couple frozen desserts and was concerned they'd melt by the time I got home. The cashier, Autumn, worked really hard to make sure they didn't. She took it in the back and either the Asst Manager or the Manager (her name escapes me unfortunately) went above and beyond to pack my cooler bag with ice to make sure they made it home frozen for my family. It really was extraordinary they cared so much about a couple of items. I can't imagine any other place putting that much care into helping a customer. Thank you DQ staff. You were truly exceptional!

I came in on January 15th at around 8:45 pm for a simple caramel truffle blizzard and a large root beer. there was no one else in line at the drive thru and it didn’t seem busy at all inside. I got my food and came home to a chocolate brownie blizzard. Genuinely don’t understand how it was miscommunicated and gladly will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered salted caramel blizzard and got chocolate brownie went late ish and to one far from home so couldn’t go back disappointing had to go to sonic to get something close enough to what was wanted

Delicious as usual 👍🏽 But mmmm-the blonde cashier is tooo fine, she can make me shakes any day. Almost went back through the drive thru to catch the number. Probably will next time? 🤷

It's really too bad when they don't flip your blizzard and it could fall off onto your carpet and need cleaned up.

Charged me almost $7 for a mini. (mint oreo and cookie dough). From a former dairy queen employee, minis are around $3 and the cookie dough add on is 50 cents. The mini was about 3/4 full too. Ridiculous, they’re just pulling fake charges out of their asses in a cash grab.

The young people who work here are absolutely fantastic. My son has a nut allergy and they are so helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable about their goods.
Of course, Blizzards are the best.
