The gal at the drive through window is horrible. She was sucking on a candy cane the whole time, has no personality, and doesn't know how to hand change back, and took her forever. She definitely needs dome training on customer service. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 the ice cream is good.

Went and got a cone and a cup of water. Water tasted off. It’s full of tiny mold spots ??? all the way to the bottom of the cup

Slow slow slow slow slow.Not all but the majority of the wait staff have to be told the order more than once.There is usually a drive-thru line that reaches out past the driveway opening and it seems as though the wait staff are more concerned about serving them than the people who actually come in and stand in line.Out of the 20 times I've been there I've had two or three good experiences where the wait staff actually listened to my order and actually prepared it properly the rest of the time whatever they've served me is been watery the wrong flavor or the actual wrong product

Big family of 9 ordered 8 blizzards and everyone was already half way melted when we received them. That night into the next morning all of us have suffered severe stomachaches and throwing up. I’m the only one who didn’t get sick and I’m the only one who didn’t eat the ice cream. Never eating here again.
