My wife and I took our children there on January 5th. Upon arrival, we realized there was a group of approx 12 middle school girls currently getting their treats prepared. We decided to wait since we promised our kids ice cream that evening. After 20 minutes of standing in the hallway, we finally got our turn. At this point we were told by the girl working behind the counter that she was closed and the middle school girls in front of us caused her to run over her time to quit. I asked why she could not have told us 20 minutes earlier that the girls were the last she would serve and her answer was she didn't know if we were with them or not. Interesting since they had all ordered and paid. She was just making all their orders at this point. Also, I do not know why she could not spend 5 minutes to serve us, and make sure to tell any others that might come up behind us that she was closed. That is what I would have done, but I know that is not the customer service or decency that is taught today. I will not be going back to this location again.

Clean store. Friendly, attentive staff. Yummy treats! The manager, Anna, seemed especially keen to make our visit a good one. This is our favorite DQ!

I'm pretty sure what they serve at this location can barely be classified as "food"

Order two small blizzards. $13. Somethings not the same about the ice cream. They added chocolate to my snickers blizzard and heath blizzard. The consistency feels more like ice milk not the delicious creamy Dairy Queen ice cream I’m used to. Took back the blizzard and got a vanilla ice cream cone. Same complaint. More like ice milk. Very disappointed DQ!!!!!

Just stopped by for a cookie dough blizzard and the staff shared with me their personal creation - a Samoa blizzard modeled after the girl scout cookie! I tried it out and I have to applaud them: it's amazing! Highly recommend you go ask about it! And high five to an amazing customer service experience too :)

I’m pretty sure this DQ has been in the same spot at this mall since it opened in 1982. They must be doing something right to hang around this long at the mall.

Chapel Hills Mall is where dreams go to die. Not even Orange Julius/Dairy Queen will save you. The Filmore location is a much better choice.

When you go in the mall from where I went in it's on the second floor above the chocolate factory next to the Chick-fil-A
