I had an experience here today. I'd driven from Boulder to Pueblo to pick up three motorcycles on my trailer. On the way back about 10:30am I used my GPS to find Daniel's kinda randomly. I wanted a breakfast burrito but instead chose a birria burrito. I talk to the two sisters working there who were so incredibly nice. My burrito came out and when I was half way through it the chef came out and asked how it was. I told him it was literally the best burrito I'd ever had. We talked about seasoning and spice and much much more. Honestly talking with Efren (hope I spelled that right 😉) was like meeting a long lost brother. After I finished and washed my hands I told the girls how much I enjoyed my brunch and also how kind Efren was. They said 'he's our Dad!'. Then he came out again and they said he'd taught them how to cook but still had a few seasoning secrets! Lol. Beautiful, beautiful people and simply the best food. The price and quality are almost unmatched anywhere nearby. They are kind and courteous. If you want great food with generous portions while also being very affordable. I would highly recommend coming here anytime you can. I would have posted a picture but I was too hungry and it was wayyy to good.

This place is right outside the Peterson space force base Peterson road entrance. The food is always great and the service it exceptional! Super good Mexican food very tasty and the price is not bad! The owner is very friendly and professional!

The quality is good, but what I really appreciate about this place in the portion sizes. I got a chicken burrito for 10 dollars and it was completely packed to the brim with chicken. Like there must've been 2 pounds of chicken in it.
Very filling, very protein heavy which is nice since most delivery food is usually all carbs and fat.

I get them through doordash, they are the only ones who ever get my order right and the food is super good. I picked up an order once in person and they are super nice and accommodating. The only Mexican food in the Springs that I eat.
