I had an experience here today. I'd driven from Boulder to Pueblo to pick up three motorcycles on my trailer. On the way back about 10:30am I used my GPS to find Daniel's kinda randomly. I wanted a breakfast burrito but instead chose a birria burrito. I talk to the two sisters working there who were so incredibly nice. My burrito came out and when I was half way through it the chef came out and asked how it was. I told him it was literally the best burrito I'd ever...

The price and quality are almost unmatched anywhere nearby. They are kind and courteous. If you want great food with generous portions while also being very affordable. I would highly recommend coming here anytime you can. I would have posted a picture but I was too hungry and it was wayyy to good.

This place is right outside the Peterson space force base Peterson road entrance. The food is always great and the service it exceptional! Super good Mexican food very tasty and the price is not bad! The owner is very friendly and professional!
